MYSTIC, Conn. – The wedding of Kimberly Louise Wright and Troy Paul Baillargeon was held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 13 at the Mystic Congregational Church. Pastor Doretta Coburn officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Baillargeon is the daughter of Richard and Pamela Wright of Simsbury, Conn. Mr. Baillargeon is the son of Leo and Gail Baillargeon of Lewiston and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrille Baillargeon of Lewiston and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lagasse.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an Italian satin gown featuring and off-the-shoulder bodice with long sleeves adorned with hand-beaded pearls and crystals, A-line skirt with lace up back and the skirt and train were detailed with embroidered pearls and crystals. A crystal tiara supported her fingertip veil. The flowers were designed by the father of the bridegroom. The bride carried a cascade bouquet of all white Calla lilies, roses, stephanotis, miniature wisteria and English ivy. She carried the bridegroom’s grandmother’s original wedding ring in her bouquet for something old.

Meredith Moore, lifelong friend of the bride, attended as maid of honor and bridesmaids were Tracy Funke and Nicole Orton, friends of the bride, and Amanda Baillargeon, sister of the bridegroom.

Serving as best man was David Deschenes, lifelong friend of the bridegroom, and ushers were Andy Roper and Thomas Walsh, college friends of the bridegroom, and Jeffrey Wright, brother of the bride. Isaac Webb, cousin of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Inn at Mystic, after which the couple traveled to a Royal Caribbean cruise. They are residing at Simsbury, Conn.

The bride received an associate degree for physical therapy assistant at Endicott College and a bachelor’s degree in performance and psychologic studies at the University of Hartford. She is employed as a physical therapy assistant for Harborside Health Care, the Reservoir in West Hartford, Conn.

The bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree in sports management at Endicott College and is employed as a senior service representative at Hartford Life in Simsbury, Conn.
