Mitchell, 29, of Oregon, on charges of receiving stolen property, operating after suspension, attaching false registration plates, and operation of a defective motor vehicle, at 6:45 a.m. on July 18. Mitchell was also summonsed for possession of a usable amount of marijuana. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Fiore DiPietrantonio, 31, of Waterville, on a Cumberland County warrant, at 6 p.m. on July 12 at a High Street residence. He was taken to Oxford County Jail to await transport to Cumberland County Jail.
