Thomas and coordinators from the Lady of the Lakes Roman Catholic Church and the Church of the Good Shepherd, Episcopalian, Shirley Schrader and Joan Dunlap, said they were gratified that 25 percent will remain in Rangeley to be divided equally between the Ecumenical Food Pantry and Rangeley Housing Meal Site.

The youngest walkers, Casco Haley and Zachary Durand, age 6, completed the course a bit ahead of the remaining field of 22 adults. Upon returning to their starting point, The Barn on High Street, a picnic lunch was held in celebration.
