Spurgeon Cope, 43, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Feb. 14, both charges filed with no cost.

Chad Cota, 22, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 8 and violating condition of release on March 15, fined $200 by default on first charge; fined $100 by default on second charge; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to two days.

Jason R. Cote, 21, Sabattus, charged with disorderly conduct on March 17, found guilty, fined $75 and sentenced to 12 hours.

Tammy C. Cote Sears, 29, Fairfield, charged with operating after suspension on March 18, found guilty, fined $200.

Jimmy Courbron, 19, Greene, charged with driving to endanger on Jan. 4, dismissed.

Donald G. Couture, 41, Lewiston, charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on March 20, found guilty, fined $75.

Rocky Lee Creamer, 26, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle and making a material misstatement of a fact on March 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

George Dailey, 25, Minot, charged with operating after suspension, driving a motor vehicle 30 mph over the speed limit and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 27, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $200 and sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $300 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Chad A. Richard, 23, Leeds, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 14, 2003, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended for 90 days.

Tiffany J. Richards, 22, Auburn, charged with harassment by telephone on Feb. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Kenneth Rideout Jr. 35, Auburn, charged with assault and obstructing report of crime on April 24, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jonathan W. Roberts, 32, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on March 19, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Stephanie A. Roberts, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft by receiving stolen property on March 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Jose A. Rodriguez, 21, Greene, charged with two counts of violating condition of release on April 1 and 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail for each count, stayed.

David S. Rogers, 41, Auburn, charged with violating protective order and violating condition of release on March 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each count, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail for each count.

David Rollins, 39, Lisbon Falls, charged with keeping unlicensed dog on April 7, offense committed, fined $35.
