Jesse Gosselin, 31, Lisbon, charged with keeping a dangerous dog on Aug. 18, 2003, dismissed.

Tina A. Graham, 26, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence on April 17, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to two days and license suspended for 90 days.

Jody L. Green, 25, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 8, sent to jury trial.

Nathaniel Greenwood, 23, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Feb. 28, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and license suspended for 30 days.

Kelly A. Grover, 33, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on April 2, waived, fined $200.

Brian Guilmette, 19, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 24, 2003, found guilty, fined $300.

Kevin J. Hakala, 27, Lewiston, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on Feb. 14, 2003, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Corey Hall, 20, Auburn, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 8, fined $100 by default.

Steven W. Hall, 47, Lewiston, charged with burglary on May 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Roger Harrington, 38, Winthrop, charged with operating under the influence on April 18, found guilty, fined $1,300, sentenced to 90 days and license suspended for four years.

Joseph P. Henson, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on April 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended for 90 days.

Simone Hinkley, 65, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on May 29, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Brian J. Jordan, 18, Mechanic Falls, charged with disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and possession of liquor by a minor on May 14 and violating condition of release on June 7, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five days; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

King, 44, Roxbury, charged with operating under the influence on March 3, and operating under the influence and operating after suspension on March 30, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $400, sentenced to 90 days with all but two days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 90 days; third charge dismissed.

Stephen Kons, 38, Lewiston, charged with three counts of assault on April 1, probation violation on all charges, sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked on first charge; sentenced to 120 days with all but 20 days suspended and two years probation for each of second and third charges.
