RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

David Belskis, 45, Mexico, charged with assault on May 7, sent to jury trial.

Raymond N. Berube, 38, Scarborough, charged with unlawfully permitting ATV operation on May 29, waived, fined $100.

Lori A. Chartier, 48, Dixfield, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on May 11, both charges waived, fined $50 for each charge.

Maureen V. Ginther, 42, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 28, sent to jury trial.

Charles J. Lawson, 52, Mexico, charged with terrorizing on June 10, sent to jury trial.

Leo A. Norton, 18, Dryden, charged with possession of marijuana on May 7, waived, fined $200.

Thomas M. Parker, 55, Waveland, Mass., charged with violating fish limits on June 7, waived, fined $70.

Kimberly L. Theriault, 26, Mexico, charged with operating after suspension and violation of protective order from harassment on Feb. 16, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 21 days for each charge.

James B. White, 65, Lawrence, Ga., charged with violating fish limits on June 7, waived, fined $70.

Robert L. York Jr., 54, Windham, charged with unlawfully trolling flies on June 12, waived, fined $100.
