FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Quebec Inc. of St. Zacharie was charged with a rule violation for inadequate suspension Feb. 12 in Farmington. The company was fined $100.

Quebec Inc. of St. Felivite was charged with a rule violation for missing or broken brake components March 25 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Michelle G. Abbott, 43, of New Portland was charged with driving under the influence March 31 in Farmington. She was fined $400 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Dicky L. Adkins, 28, of Buckfield was charged with trafficking in prison contraband Nov. 28 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

John C. Alderman, 41, of Phillips was charged with criminal mischief Oct. 28 in Jay. He was fined $150. A charge of disorderly conduct Oct. 28 in Jay was dismissed.

Buffy Allen, 33, of Carthage was charged with driving under the influence April 26 in Farmington. She was fined $400 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Timothy Allen, 43, of Jay was charged with fishing in closed inland waters April 27 in Temple. He was fined $50.

Anne E. Allison, 38, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 30 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger Oct. 30 in Farmington, she was fined $200 and a 60-day sentence was suspended. She was placed on probation for one year and her license was suspended for 90 days.

William H. Ames III, 33, of Wilton was charged with violating a protective order March 9 in Jay. He was sentenced for three days and his probation was partially revoked.

Victoriya Antipina, 19, of Stratton was charged with harassment April 1 in Kingfield. The case was filed.

Kathryn L. Arch, 43, of Skowhegan was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 31 in Farmington. She was fined $150 and ordered to make restitution of $103.

John E. Arndt, 46, of Harpswell was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Feb. 11 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijauna Feb. 11 in Farmington, he was fined $200.

Lynn Elizabeth Bachelder, 29, of Avon was charged with assault April 5 in Freeman Township. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Peter Bachelder, 48, of Phillips was charged with driving after suspension April 24 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Rodney M. Bachelder, 48, of Portsmouth, N.H., was charged with failing to extinguish a fire May 21 in Wyman. A $100 fine was suspended by $50.

Ronald Bachelder, 43, of Strong was charged with unlawfully permitting ATV operation May 30 in Dallas Plantation. He was fined $100.

Thomas L. Bachelder, 21, of Phillips was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 31 in Phillips. He was fined $100.

Wilfred J. Bachelder Jr., 27, of Phillips was charged with assault April 2 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Monica Nicole Bagley, 24, of Livermore was charged with criminal mischief Nov. 8 in Jay. She was fined $100.

Scott Bailey, 23, of Jay was charged with a violation of rules on worms in fly fishing only area May 21. He was fined $100.

Adam Baillargeon, 20, of Saco was charged with being a minor transporting liquor March 10 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Michael L. Baker, 48, of New Vineyard was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Dec. 21 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

Roger E. Baldridge II, 23, of Odessa, Texas, was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 27 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Richard Banforth, 39, of Leeds was charged with violation of rule unspecified Feb. 28 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Thomas J. Barden, 19, of Temple was charged with being a minor possessing liquor April 10 in Farmington. He was fined $400.

Norman Beane, 44, of Industry was charged with two counts unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs Dec. 21 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

James W. Beedy, 18, of Strong was charged with driving an ATV on a snowmobile trail March 28 in Salem. He was fined $100.

Peter D. Beedy, 46, of Phillips was charged with driving under the influence April 30 in Strong. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kathryn C. Beers, 24, of West Farmington was charged with aggravated criminal trespass Jan. 9 in Farmington. Probable cause was found.

Robert E. Begin Jr., 18, of Jay was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident Feb. 12 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

William A. Belanger Jr., 21, of Jay was charged with three counts of gross sexual assault on March 7, 8 and 9 in Jay. Probable cause was found for all three charges.

Scott Bellanceau, 35, of Lewiston was charged with theft by receiving stolen property May 1 in Jay and with violating condition of release May 1 in Jay. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Christine Angelina Bellerose, 19, of Tyngsborough, Mass., was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 20 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Bobby Bernard, 18, of New Sharon was charged with driving after suspension May 30 in Farmington. A $200 fine was suspended by $100.

Scott B. Berry, 39, of Dixfield was charged with failure to register vehicle April 20 in Carthage. He was fined $100.

Michael D. Bessette, 19, of Readfield was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Dec. 26 in New Vineyard. He was fined $350.

Joseph D. Bickerton, 60, of Industry was charged with disorderly conduct Nov. 27 in Industry. A $200 fine was suspended by $100.

Lawrence C. Biedinger, 49, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 13 in Farmington. He was fined $600 and all but seven days of a 30-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for six months and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Robert R. Bissonette, 29, of Livermore was charged with driving an ATV to endanger March 14 in Jay. The case was dismissed.

Dwayne A. Blake, 41, of Richmond was charged with unlawfully permitting ATV operation May 29 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Ethan W. Bogar, 23, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence March 11 and with driving a vehicle without a license March 11 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Boston Concessions Group Inc. of Cambridge, Mass., was charged with rule violation for operating without a medical certificate June 3 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Nicoli C. Botti, 26, of Kingfield was charged with failure to register vehicle May 8 in Coplin Plt. She was fined $100.

Cory A. Bouchard, 26, of Livermore Falls was charged with cruelty to animals March 4 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Paul Boudreau, 20, of Vienna was charged with being a minor possessing liquor May 21 in Strong. He was fined $200.

Robert O. Boulette, 38, of Farmington was charged with misuse of identification April 4 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

David Brackley, 36, of Strong was charged with driving under the influence April 24 in Farmington. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Archie A. Bradeen, 53, of Dixfield was charged with driving after suspension March 6 in Carthage. He was fined $200.

Donald B. Braley III, 34, of Athens was charged with assault April 8 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin Brann, 40, of New Sharon was charged with rule violation for defective coupling device April 28 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Howard Franklin Brayall, 43, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 1 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Orville L. Bridges, 22, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving an ATV on a public way April 17 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Heath A. Brockway, 23, of Wilton was charged with assault Dec. 29 in Wilton. A 30-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

John R. Brown, 32, of Temple was charged with driving under the influence April 30 in Temple. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Kevin C. Brown, 35, of Temple was charged with burning without a permit May 15 in Temple. He was fined $50.

Michael Brown, 26, of Waterville was charged with driving under the influence March 1 in Chesterville. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

William J. Bryant, 41, of Wilsons Mills was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 14 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Neil M. Buck, 34, of Stratton was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 21 in Coplin Plantation. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Thomas A. Budek, 39, of Turner was charged with failing to extinguish fire April 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $117.50.

Gregory A. Butterfield, 52, of Farmington Falls was charged with disorderly conduct April 26 in Chesterville. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Robert Butterfield, 55, of Farmington Falls was charged with failure to register vehicle March 28 in Strong. He was fined $100.

Michael Earl Campbell, 57, of Pleasant Hill, Mo., was charged with record of duty status, form and manner violation Feb. 11 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Edward Carlton, 33, of Farmington was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Oct. 24 in Wilton. The case was filed.

William Kelly Cason, 35, of Virginia Beach, Va., was charged with driving after suspension April 22 in Farmington. A $200 fine was suspended by $100.

Harry Castle Jr, 57, of Newton, N.H., was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Dec. 12 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Jarod T. Castonguay, 28, of Falmouth was charged with violation of rule unspecified March 4 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Gilles C. Champagne, 68, of Colebrook, N.H., was charged with rule violation for inoperable rear turn signals March 24 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Michael S. Champion, 30, of Wilton was charged with gross sexual assault Dec. 15 in Wilton. Probable cause was found.

Matthew J. Childs, 21, of Temple was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report March 6 in East Wilton. He was fined $400.

Matthew Chouinard, 21, of East Wilton was charged with possession of marijuana March 31 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Dana C. Churchill, 26, of Jay was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation Jan. 28 in Jay. He was fined $400 and sentenced for three days.

Adam A. Clark, 21, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence and with failing to notify of motor vehicle accident March 15 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Terry Clifford, 51, of Louisburg, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 1 in Chesterville. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Clinton Bradbury Inc. of Dixfield was charged with rule violation for unsafe/defective vehicle April 28 in Wilton. He was fined $500.

Scott W. Cochran, 27, of Farmington Falls was charged with assault and terrorizing March 13 in Farmington. Probable cause was found.

William Cochran, 32, of Phillips was charged with assault May 2 in Madrid and with three counts of assault Jan. 1 in Madrid. All four charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Michelle A. Collins, 29, of Rangeley was charged with allowing a dog to be at large Feb. 9 in Sandy River. She was fined $50. For a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog Feb. 9 in Sandy River, she was fined $50.

Scott H. Collins, 35, of Wilton was charged with unlawful sexual contact July 25, 2003, in Temple. Probable cause was found.

Tony Colon, 21, of Wilton was charged with three counts of forgery and four counts of receiving stolen property Jan. 22 in Farmington. He was sentenced to 159 days and his probation was revoked on each count.

Robert M. Conklin Jr., 29, of Farmington was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation Nov. 14 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.



Joseph J. Conlogue, 19, of Chesterville was charged with terrorizing Dec. 10 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed.

Sharon L. Conners, 48, of Madison was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs March 27 in Farmington. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 27 in Farmington was dismissed. For a charge of driving after suspension March 27 in Farmington, she was fined $200.

Derek R. Cook, 19, of Livermore Falls was charged with failing to stop for a snowmobile Feb. 29 in Wilton. The case was filed.

Clinton H. Coolidge Jr., 44, of Wilton was charged with assault Feb. 17 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Feb. 17 in Wilton, a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of disorderly conduct Feb. 17 in Wilton, a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Jeremy Cormier, 27, of Auburn was charged with violating a protective order March 7 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Tracy Coro, 33, of Farmington was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Feb. 5 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed. For a charge of displaying false license or ID Feb. 5 in New Sharon, Coro was fined $200.

John M. Couillard, 37, of Greene was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 11 in Farmington. He was fined $400, sentenced to Androscoggin County Jail of 96 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Kevin Crandall, 20, of Farmington was charged with failure to appear on civil violation summons Dec. 13 in Farmington. A $100 fine was suspended.

Tamra A. Creznic, 45, of Farmington was charged with failure to register vehicle April 23 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Robin J. Crooker, 47, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence April 9 in New Sharon. Crooker was fined $800, sentenced for seven days and license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of being a habitual motor vehicle offender April 9 in New Sharon, Crooker was fined $500. A charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates April 9 in New Sharon was dismissed.

George A. Crouse, 41, of Brunswick was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 6 in Eustis. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jonathan Curit, 23, of Milbridge was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 4 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was filed.

Jonathan Curry, 25, of South Yarmouth, Mass., was charged with failure to appear on civil violation summons Nov. 9 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Travis Daggett, 19, of New Sharon was charged with violating fish limits April 26 in Davis Twp. He was fined $70.

Robert D. Dalot, 41, of Jay was charged with keeping a dangerous dog April 10 in Jay. He was fined $125. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large April 10 in Jay, he was fined $75. For a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog April 10 in Jay, he was fined $75.

Roger N. Dalton, 23, of Jay was charged with allowing a dog to be at large April 14 in Jay. He was fined $50.

Robert S. Danforth, 38, of Stratton was charged with terrorizing June 19 in Farmington. He was sentenced for five days and probation was partially revoked.

Patrick Daniels, 21, of Jay was charged with terrorizing March 11 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

John B. Dantonio, 21, of Orono was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 17 in Kingfield. He was fined $150. For a charge of possession of marijuana April 17 in Kingfield, he was fined $200.

David Stevens Trucking of Unity was charged with rule violation for defective steering control component March 24 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Ronald Joseph Davis, 35, of Livermore Falls was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 6 in Carthage. He was fined $100. For a charge of possession of marijuana March 6 in Carthage, he was fined $200.

Sheila Davis, 22, of Chesterville was charged with disorderly conduct Jan. 18 in Chesterville. A 30-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Aaron A. Dawes, 20, of Embden was charged with being a minor transporting liquor March 13 in Jay. He was fined $150 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Jonathan Day, 20, of Standish was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 12 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100.

Robert J. Decker, 28, of Wilton was charged with sexual abuse of a minor June 24 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Benjamin R. Delaney, 26, of Chesterville was charged with driving under the influence April 2 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and was sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving without proof of financial responsibility April 2 in Farmington was dismissed.

James P. Delaney, 39, of Middleton, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile on open water March 6 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Benjamin L. Deschene, 19, of Presque Isle was charged with being a minor purchasing liquor April 29 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Denise M. Desmarais, 20, of Brunswick was charged with assault Nov. 10 in Farmington. All but 25 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. For charges of stalking, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and two counts of criminal trespass Nov. 10 in Farmington, all but 25 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year for each charge.

John Dewitt, 47, of Halifax was charged with driving after suspension March 14 in New Sharon. He was fined $200.

Jose W. Diaz, 64, of Jay was charged with assault Dec. 5 in Farmington. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Colleen R. Dicentes, 24, of Kingfield was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Feb. 29 in Salem. The case was filed.

Glen Dike, 27, of Melrose, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile on open water March 6 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Everett T. Dimock, 65, of Madison was charged with rule violation defective brake fluid warn device April 28 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Caleb M. Dionne, 23, of Farmington was charged with failure to register vehicle April 25 in Farmington. He was fined $75.

Mark E. Dodge, 30, of Anson was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Feb. 15 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed.

James R. Doiron, 39, of Livermore was charged with driving a speeding snowmobile Feb. 15 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Richard Dolan, 35, of Strong was charged with criminal mischief June 16 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and was ordered to make restitution of $134.

Joseph J. Dolliver, 38, of Dracut, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence March 28 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Patrick C. Donnelly, 46, of Starks was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 29 in Industry. He was fined $700, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Feb. 29 in Industry was dismissed.

Carroll L. Dorman, 40, of Farmington was charged with burning without a permit July 12 in Farmington. He was fined $50.

Misty L. Dostie, 19, of Waterville was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 15 in New Sharon. The case was filed.

Jamie E. Drake, 38, of Anson was charged with driving under the influence, driving after suspension, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release May 9 in New Sharon. All four charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Chad A. Dumais, 23, of Winslow was charged with failing to report March 19 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 15 days to Franklin County Jail.

Joshua M. Dunham Sr., 25, of Farmington was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog May 6 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large May 6 in Farmington, he was fined $100.

Alicia M. Durrell, 20, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana March 25 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Nelson Emerson, 18, of Farmington was charged with driving a vehicle without a license Feb. 20 in Dryden. He was fined $100.

Michael A. Eno Jr., 19, of Farmington was charged with five counts of burglary and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 20 in Farmington. Probable cause was found for all eight charges.

Michael Evans, 20, of Farmington was charged with violating a protective order Dec. 14 in New Sharon. He was fined $400.
