STRONG – The annual Voter reunion was held Sunday, July 25, at the home of Sue and Wendall Voter on Church Street. Approximately 40 attended the potluck luncheon and business meeting.
Several of those in attendance came a distance, including Carol and Reese Berdanier of Watkinsville, Ga.; Liz and Sherwood Anderson of Winter Park, Fla.; and Garth and Diane Slatinsky and family of Newport, Mich.
The youngest Voter was Mackynze Slatinsky, age 5, from Michigan and the oldest Voters were Ruth and Russ Mason from New Hampshire.
During the business meeting Bill Gross of New Jersey was elected president; Wendall Voter of Strong, vice president; Dee Gross of New Jersey, secretary/treasurer; and Theo Walker of Farmington, historian.
The next Voter reunion will be held on July 31, 2005, at the home of Kim V. and Glenn Beaulieu in Oakland.
