MINOT – In celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary, a surprise party was held for Brad and Dianne O’Connor at their home in Minot.

The party was hosted by their three children, Shawn, Michael and Kelli, and their parents, Bob and Betty O’Connor and Erlon and Janice Rand.

The festivities began when the couple was greeted by 65 relatives and friends after returning from a day away with their long-time friends, Sandy and Kris Heldman. Their best man, Kevin O’Connor, gave the toast. A barbecue buffet was served by the couple’s siblings and their spouses, Kathy and Paul Attwood, Kevin and Karen O’Connor, Patty and Dick Roy, Tim and Robin O’Connor, Steve and Vicki Rand, Ken and Marge Rand and Kathy and Mark Decker.

Also helping in the festivities were nieces and nephews, Kristina Crocker, Liz Goddard, Katie, Zack and Tyler O’Connor and Carrie Rand and girlfriends Jaimie Ward and Liz Getchell.

A table displaying a timeline of photos and the couple’s wedding album was enjoyed by all.

Mrs. O’Connor is employed at Clark Metal Fabrication and Great Falls Security Systems. She is a member of the West Auburn Congregational Church, the Poland Knights Booster Club and the Minot Moonshiners Snowmobile Club.

Mr. O’Connor is employed at Formed Fiber Technologies and is a member of the West Auburn Congregational Church, Minot Budget Committee and the Minot Moonshiners Snowmobile Club.

Original wedding attendants present were Kevin O’Connor, best man, and Kathy Rand Decker, maid of honor. Unable to attend but sending best wishes were Becky Woodward-Kaufman, Paul Harrison, Forest Weston and Debbie Dunn LeGros.
