FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Joseph J. Conlogue, 19, of Chesterville was charged with terrorizing Dec. 10 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed.

Sharon L. Conners, 48, of Madison was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs March 27 in Farmington. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 27 in Farmington was dismissed. For a charge of driving after suspension March 27 in Farmington, she was fined $200.

Derek R. Cook, 19, of Livermore Falls was charged with failing to stop for a snowmobile Feb. 29 in Wilton. The case was filed.

Derek R. Cook, 19, of Livermore Falls was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 26 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Derek R. Cook, 19, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 29 in Wilton. He was fined $150.

Keith Cookson, 44, of Embden was charged with criminal mischief May 2 in Farmington. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $25.

Clinton H. Coolidge Jr., 44, of Wilton was charged with assault Feb. 17 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Feb. 17 in Wilton, a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of disorderly conduct Feb. 17 in Wilton, a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Jeremy Cormier, 27, of Auburn was charged with violating a protective order March 7 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Tracy Coro, 33, of Farmington was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Feb. 5 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed. For a charge of displaying false license or ID Feb. 5 in New Sharon, Coro was fined $200.

John M. Couillard, 37, of Greene was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 11 in Farmington. He was fined $400, sentenced to Androscoggin County Jail of 96 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Kevin Crandall, 20, of Farmington was charged with failure to appear on civil violation summons Dec. 13 in Farmington. A $100 fine was suspended.

Tamra A. Creznic, 45, of Farmington was charged with failure to register vehicle April 23 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Robin J. Crooker, 47, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence April 9 in New Sharon. Crooker was fined $800, sentenced for seven days and license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of being a habitual motor vehicle offender April 9 in New Sharon, Crooker was fined $500. A charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates April 9 in New Sharon was dismissed.

George A. Crouse, 41, of Brunswick was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 6 in Eustis. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jonathan Curit, 23, of Milbridge was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 4 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was filed.

Jonathan Curry, 25, of South Yarmouth, Mass., was charged with failure to appear on civil violation summons Nov. 9 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Travis Daggett, 19, of New Sharon was charged with violating fish limits April 26 in Davis Twp. He was fined $70.

Robert D. Dalot, 41, of Jay was charged with keeping a dangerous dog April 10 in Jay. He was fined $125. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large April 10 in Jay, he was fined $75. For a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog April 10 in Jay, he was fined $75.

Roger N. Dalton, 23, of Jay was charged with allowing a dog to be at large April 14 in Jay. He was fined $50.

Robert S. Danforth, 38, of Stratton was charged with terrorizing June 19 in Farmington. He was sentenced for five days and probation was partially revoked.

Patrick Daniels, 21, of Jay was charged with terrorizing March 11 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

John B. Dantonio, 21, of Orono was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 17 in Kingfield. He was fined $150. For a charge of possession of marijuana April 17 in Kingfield, he was fined $200.

David Stevens Trucking of Unity was charged with rule violation for defective steering control component March 24 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Ronald Joseph Davis, 35, of Livermore Falls was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 6 in Carthage. He was fined $100. For a charge of possession of marijuana March 6 in Carthage, he was fined $200.

Sheila Davis, 22, of Chesterville was charged with disorderly conduct Jan. 18 in Chesterville. A 30-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Aaron A. Dawes, 20, of Embden was charged with being a minor transporting liquor March 13 in Jay. He was fined $150 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Jonathan Day, 20, of Standish was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 12 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100.

Robert J. Decker, 28, of Wilton was charged with sexual abuse of a minor June 24 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Benjamin R. Delaney, 26, of Chesterville was charged with driving under the influence April 2 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and was sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving without proof of financial responsibility April 2 in Farmington was dismissed.

James P. Delaney, 39, of Middleton, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile on open water March 6 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Benjamin L. Deschene, 19, of Presque Isle was charged with being a minor purchasing liquor April 29 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Denise M. Desmarais, 20, of Brunswick was charged with assault Nov. 10 in Farmington. All but 25 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. For charges of stalking, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and two counts of criminal trespass Nov. 10 in Farmington, all but 25 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year for each charge.

John Dewitt, 47, of Halifax was charged with driving after suspension March 14 in New Sharon. He was fined $200.

Jose W. Diaz, 64, of Jay was charged with assault Dec. 5 in Farmington. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Colleen R. Dicentes, 24, of Kingfield was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Feb. 29 in Salem. The case was filed.

Glen Dike, 27, of Melrose, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile on open water March 6 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Everett T. Dimock, 65, of Madison was charged with rule violation defective brake fluid warn device April 28 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Caleb M. Dionne, 23, of Farmington was charged with failure to register vehicle April 25 in Farmington. He was fined $75.

Mark E. Dodge, 30, of Anson was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Feb. 15 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed.

James R. Doiron, 39, of Livermore was charged with driving a speeding snowmobile Feb. 15 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Richard Dolan, 35, of Strong was charged with criminal mischief June 16 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and was ordered to make restitution of $134.

Joseph J. Dolliver, 38, of Dracut, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence March 28 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Patrick C. Donnelly, 46, of Starks was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 29 in Industry. He was fined $700, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Feb. 29 in Industry was dismissed.

Carroll L. Dorman, 40, of Farmington was charged with burning without a permit July 12 in Farmington. He was fined $50.

Misty L. Dostie, 19, of Waterville was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 15 in New Sharon. The case was filed.

Jamie E. Drake, 38, of Anson was charged with driving under the influence, driving after suspension, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release May 9 in New Sharon. All four charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Chad A. Dumais, 23, of Winslow was charged with failing to report March 19 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 15 days to Franklin County Jail.

Joshua M. Dunham Sr., 25, of Farmington was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog May 6 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large May 6 in Farmington, he was fined $100.

Alicia M. Durrell, 20, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana March 25 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Ronald L. Duval Jr., 25, of Jay was charged with driving to endanger Feb. 4 in Jay. The case was dismissed.

Ronald L. Duval Jr., 25, of Jay was charged with driving to endanger May 17 in Jay. He was fined $350 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Jonathan J. Easler, 21, of Corinth was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 11 in Farmington. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $300.

Jon A. Ebert, 27, of Rutland, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile under the influence Jan. 25 in Rangeley. He was fined $400. A charge of criminal mischief Jan. 24 in Rangeley was filed.

Richard P. Eldridge, 30, of Jay was charged with driving without a license expired more than 90 days May 16 in Farmington. He was fined $75.

John D. Elliott, 34, of Chesterville was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation March 30 in Chesterville. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Nelson Emerson, 18, of Farmington was charged with driving a vehicle without a license Feb. 20 in Dryden. He was fined $100.

Michael A. Eno Jr., 19, of Farmington was charged with five counts of burglary and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 20 in Farmington. Probable cause was found for all eight charges.

Michael Evans, 20, of Farmington was charged with violating a protective order Dec. 14 in New Sharon. He was fined $400.
