Larry J. Laguez, 34, Lewiston, charged with failure to make an accident report within 48 hours on March 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Katie Lahey, 29, Greene, charged with failure to notify owner of property damage accident on May 2, found guilty, fined $75.

Gary D. Landry, 35, Lewiston, charged with harassment on March 20, dismissed.

Joshua A. Lavine, 22, Lewiston, charged with cultivating marijuana on Jan. 25, filed, fined $200.

Kevin Paul Lawlor, 24, Auburn, charged with assault on May 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Raymond Leclair, 38, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 8, found guilty, fined $150 and $50 restitution.

Michael Lee, 19, Lewiston, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on April 10, fined $200 by default.

Philip W. Lee, 47, Auburn, charged with assault on May 15, sent to jury trial.

Richard Lessard, 50, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 26, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Catherine F. Lopes, 35, Lewiston, charged with theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property on Dec. 1, found guilty, fined $75 and $496.80 restitution.

Richard Lopes, 38, New Gloucester, charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Sept. 8, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Colithia V. Lott, 29, Roslindale, Mass., charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on May 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Robert Loukola, 20, Buxton, charged with failure to notify owner of property damage accident on May 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Heaven Lee Lovecook, 27, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on April 3, sent to jury trial.

Tia Lowell, 19, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on March 18, found guilty, fined $200 and $10 restitution.

Jamie W. Luce, 31, Turner, charged with terrorizing and stalking on May 19, both charges dismissed.

Michael Lundgren, 43, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 1 and assault on April 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Eric Lundin, 27, Lewiston, charged with threatening display of a weapon and two counts of criminal threatening on March 1, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Tammy Lunt, 31, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct on April 11, offense committed on first charge, fined $200; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Tobias Scott Macdonald, 23, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 9, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Robbie Maheux, 33, Livermore Falls, charged with operating after suspension on April 29, found guilty, fined $300.

Michael A. Mailloux, 36, Turner, charged with operating under the influence on April 7, sent to jury trial.

Louis J. Malarsie, 44, Standish, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 14, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Benjamin J. Martin, 19, Livermore Falls, charged with disorderly conduct on April 19, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Ernest C. Martin, 41, Norway, charged with operating under the influence on April 9, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jason Louis Martin, 24, Lewiston, charged with three counts of violating condition of release on May 4, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy McCaslin, 28, Canton, charged with eluding an officer on May 13, transferred to Superior Court.

John F. McGovern, 49, Waterville, charged with failure to register a vehicle on April 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Randall Mercer, 50, Wales, charged with stalking on March 25, filed, fined $250.

Tammy L. Mercier, 20, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on March 20 and operating after suspension on April 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on second charge.

Wayne Merrill, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on Oct. 30, found gu ilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Vernon F. Milliken, 40, Gray, charged with criminal conspiracy on April 21, transferred to Superior Court.

Scott P. Miner, 22, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating an ATV on a public way on April 24, found guilty, fined $75.

Vernon Mitchell, 62, Mechanic Falls, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on April 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Jody G. Moczara, 23, Turner, charged with unlawful sexual touching and assault on Nov. 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five days.

Abdikadir Mohamed, 24, Lewiston, charged with robbery on May 14, dismissed.

Abdirizak Mohamed, 20, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on May 15, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Alisson C. Morin, 20, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on March 21, dismissed.

Adam R. Morrell, 23, Turner, charged with disorderly conduct on April 16, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

James Moschetti, 20, Lewiston, charged with failure to return city of Lewiston library property on Aug. 27, offense committed, fined $50 and $64.95 restitution.

Roger J. Moulton II, 21, Jay, charged with operating after suspension on March 13, filed with no cost.

Robert A. Nickerson, 40, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on April 25, found guilty, fined $200.

Kevin Nolette, 32, Lewiston, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on April 11, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Elaine J. Noll, 57, Livermore Falls, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on May 25, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

David M. Norman, 31, Turner, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 3, transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher William O’Shea, 39, Garland, charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 11, 2002, both charges dismissed.

Stephen M. Oliver, 27, New Gloucester, charged with operating after suspension on April 24, found guilty, fined $200.

David W. Ouellette, 39, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on April 19, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Richard Ouellette, 53, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on April 10, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Steven Ouellette, 31, Minot, charged with theft of services on March 22, filed, fined $100.

Richard J. Page, 20, Poland, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 13, offense committed, fined $100.

Derek S. Palange, 28, Sabattus, charged with violating a protective order on July 13, 2003, and July 16, 2003, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to five days, probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Melissa Palmer, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason M. Pease, 19, Livermore Falls, charged with keeping an unlicensed dog on May 13, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Anthony Pelletier, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on April 5, probation violation, sentenced to 75 days and probation partially revoked.
