RUMFORD – Gov. John Baldacci will be the guest of honor at a fund-raising breakfast buffet hosted by the Oxford County Democratic Committee from 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 19 at the Rumford Eagles Hall on Oxford Street. Donations to the Oxford County Democrats will be accepted at the door. Suggested donation amounts are $10, $5 for seniors.
