LEWISTON – The wedding of Kristen Lee Wagner and David George Robinson was held at 2 p.m. on June 5 at the home of the bride’s parents. The Rev. Meredith Dalassandro, aunt of the bride, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Robinson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. Wagner of Lewiston and the granddaughter of the late Maurice and Patricia Wagner and Loring and Barbara Guptill. Mr. Robinson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary K. Robinson of Coventry, Vt., and the grandson of Edith Robinson and the late Wesly Robinson and the late George and Ruth Jones.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wire a gown of white chiffon with Empire waist, split front, spaghetti straps and a chapel train with embroidery and appliqués at waistline. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of lavender and white roses and lilies of the valley.

Jocelyn A. Baum of Auburn, best friend of the bride, was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Anne Wagner of Lewiston and Teresa Wagner of Oklahoma City, Okla., sisters-in-law of the bride. Desirae L. Shortell of Lewiston, niece of the bride, was junior bridesmaid and flower girls were Elizabeth A. and Victoria A. Fisher of Columbia, S.C., nieces of the bridegroom, and Toni Jean Wagner of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Mikaela S.M. Wagner of Lewiston, nieces of the bride.

Best woman was Rebecca R. Fisher of Columbus, S.C., sister of the bridegroom, and ushers were Sean P. Wagner of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Scott M. Wagner of Lewiston, brothers of the bride. Ring bearer was Jeremy M. Madore of Lewiston, nephew of the bride.

A reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents, after which the couple traveled to Columbia, S.C., Richmond, Va. and Washington, D.C. They are residing at Coventry, Vt.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Leavitt Area High School in Turner and attended the University of Southern Maine and Simmons College in Boston, Mass. She plans to graduate in 2005 from Strayer University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and business management. She is currently a student and homemaker.

The bridegroom is a 1988 graduate of North Country Union High School in Newport, Vt., and attended Keene State College. He graduated in 1996 from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in music performance and also graduated from Vermont Correctional Academy. He is employed at the Vermont Department of Corrections, Northern State Correctional Facility.
