LEWISTON – The wedding of Karri Lin Madore and Timothy John Gallant was held at 1 p.m. on June 12 at Holy Cross Church in Lewiston. The Rev. Paul Labrie officiated at the double ring ceremony.

Mrs. Gallant is the daughter of Karen and Dan Madore of Auburn. Mr. Gallant is the son of Jean and John Gallant of Auburn.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a full-length white satin gown with A-line skirt, beaded train, pearls and beads on the bodice and gathered at the side with appliqués. The skirt had openings in the back and front with beaded pearl detail. She carried a bouquet of Anna roses, lavender roses, white lilies, white stock and ivy.

Leasa Chessey, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Amanda Poisson, Nicole Croteau and Kelley Oliveria, friends of the bride, and Patti Gallant, sister of the bridegroom.

Thomas Gallant, twin brother of the bridegroom, was best man and ushers were Joe and Ed Gallant, brothers of the bridegroom, Christopher Chessey, brother-in-law of the bride, and John Cates, friend.

A reception followed at Martindale Country Club in Auburn, after which the couple traveled to Walt Disney World in Florida. They are residing in Auburn.

The bride is a graduate of Edward Little High School and Northeastern University in Boston. She is employed as a nurse at Central Maine Medical Center.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Edward Little High School and Central Maine Technical College. He is employed at Goodwin Volvo in Topsham.
