Incidents

• Aug. 22, 4:15 a.m. – Police responding to a report of a rollover on Bridge Street found a 1993 Ford Escort on its roof on the Morse Bridge. The car’s driver, Anna Dimambro, 21, of Mexico, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.

“It appeared that she hit the bridge and her car rolled over,” Carter said.

Dimambro declined treatment from Med-Care Ambulance medics. The car was totaled.

• Aug. 21, 1:40 a.m. – Police investigating a vandalism complaint on Falmouth Street arrested Ryan Gagnon, 21, of Rumford, charging him with criminal mischief. He was released on $200 unsecured bail to guarantee appearance on Oct. 5 in Rumford District Court.

Gagnon allegedly picked up a rock and threw it at a Rent-A-Center van, denting the vehicle and chipping paint, causing an estimated $300 in damages.

• Aug. 20, 10 a.m. – A Pine Street resident reported that her car was burglarized sometime on July 28, but the only item missing was an insurance card.

• Aug. 18, 2:45 a.m. – Three residents from Erchles Street, Cumberland Street and Oxford Avenue reported that their unlocked vehicles had been burglarized, but nothing was apparently missing.

Arrests

All of the following are to be arraigned Oct. 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Candace Radcliff, 23, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, on Aug. 27. She was released on $150 unsecured bail.

• Jason Rowland, 33, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, on Aug. 22. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Ryan Blaisdell, 23, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, on Aug. 21. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Gordon Peace, 25, of Milton, on a charge of operating under the influence, on Aug. 19. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

Summonses

All of the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Michael Cogley, 19, of Mexico, on a charge of unnecessary noise, on Aug. 24.

• Christopher Sheldon, 19, of Rumford, on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor, on Aug. 24.

• Thomas O’Keefe, 28, of Rumford, on a charge of violation of conditions of release, on Aug. 20.
