AUBURN – The wedding of Gail Edwards and Kenneth L. Roberts was held at 1 p.m. on Aug. 7 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn, in the Great Falls Room. The service was officiated by Denice Frayer of Auburn.

The bride wore a lavender gown with a long-sleeved jacket trimmed with embroidery and beading. Her bouquet included white Stargazer lilies, lavender roses, light blue delphinium and purple limonium.

Betty Campbell of Portland, daughter of the bride, served as matron of honor and John K. Roberts of Lewiston, son of the bridegroom, served as best man.

Maiah Young of Gardiner, granddaughter of the bride, served as flower girl and Raymond Young of Gardiner served as his mother’s escort.

Music for the occasion was provided by the bride’s brother, soloist Henry Lunn and guitarist David Pierce, both of Camden. A toast to the couple was offered by the bride’s oldest brother, Donald Lunn of Englewood, Fla., and Otis, Mass. A second toast was sung by Henry Lunn.

The bride is the daughter of the late Donald and Ada Lunn of Littleton. She is a graduate of the Ricker Classical Institute and attended Ricker College in Houlton. She is employed at Central Maine Community College in Auburn.

The bridegroom is the son of the late John and Katherine Roberts of Claremont, N.H., and is a graduate of St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H. He is an adjunct instructor and professional tutor at Central Maine Community College in Auburn.

The couple enjoyed a two-week tour of Ireland and they are residing at their home in Turner.
