Church to honor new minister

RUMFORD – Pastor Kelly Harvell will be honored at an open house from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26, at Rumford United Methodist Church on Linnell Street. Harvell has arrived from Merrimack, N.H., where she has been an active layperson in her church there. She is a student at Andover Newton Seminary in Boston. The Open House committee is chaired by Nellie Burgess.
