LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Lula Abdi, 40, Lewiston, charged with operating without a license on May 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Melissa J. Abrahams, 34, South Berwick, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on June 19, 2003, found guilty, fined $100 and $450 restitution.

Melissa C. Adams, 45, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence on May 16, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Robert Alimandi, 60, Lewiston, charged with two counts of assault and two counts of disorderly conduct on May 7, first two charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Jill M. Allen, 22, Lewiston, charged with harassment by telephone on May 19, found guilty, fiend $75.

Matthew W. Allen, 21, Turner, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 16, transferred to Superior Court.

Wayne P. Allen, 38, Lewiston, charged with indecent conduct, disorderly conduct, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on May 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $75 on second charge; fined $100 on third charge.

Roy Ames, 51, Livermore Falls, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on April 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Jacob Anderson, 24, Lewiston, charged with driving to endanger on Nov. 23, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 12 days, and license suspended for 30 days.

Aronson Stonework, Litchfield, charged with missing or broken brake components rule violation and attaching false motor vehicle plates on April 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Kamal O. Arten, 23, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on May 12, found guilty, fined $75.

Ian M. Asselin, 31, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Jason Aubin, 22, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Feb. 13 and operating after suspension on March 30, both charges waived, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Christian L. Audette, 23, Winthrop, charged with assault and criminal mischief on Nov. 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $350.

Ron Z. Austin, 18, Livermore Falls, charged with assault, terrorizing and disorderly conduct on May 31, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Ryan L. Bachelder, 20, Turner, charged with refusing to give personal information to an officer on March 9, found guilty, fined $300.

John Bates, 29, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 30, assault on May 31, and assault and terrorizing on July 4, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to 30 days and probation revoked; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Michael Beall, 19, Livermore Falls, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 28, 2003, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Aug. 17, 2003, and operating without a license and attaching false motor vehicle plates on May 19, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third, fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to 48 hours on third charge; fined $100 on fourth charge; fined $75 on fifth charge.

Debbie J. Beaulieu, 36, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 15, dismissed.

John Beaulieu, 19, Lewiston, charged with threatening display of a weapon on May 26, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Kevin Beck, 20, Augusta, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on May 10, dismissed.

Donald L. Bell, 40, Lewiston, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 12, found guilty, fined $500.

Nicolle Bell, 20, Lewiston, charged with failure to return library property on Dec. 24, fined $50 and $115.88 restitution by default.

Christopher Belleville, 33, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on May 23, sent to jury trial.

April L. Berry, 29, Livermore, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on April 15, found guilty, fined $300.

Rodney C. Bisbee Jr., 34, Poland, charged with unlawful cutting of trees on Aug. 1, 2002, found guilty, ordered to pay $1,000 restitution.

David Bisson, 37, Sabattus, charged with assault on June 9, 2003, dismissed.

David L. Childs, 33, Oxford, charged with possession of marijuana on May 17, fined $200 by default.

Adam D. Cobban, 23, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on May 20, dismissed.

Jovito P. Colon, 47, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on May 22, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Colin K. Conley, 57, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on April 22 and violating condition of release on June 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

David Conley, 35, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on May 25, offense committed, fined $200.

William H. Conley, 25, Wales, charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief on April 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

John E. Connolly, 62, Auburn, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on April 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Clifford Conway, 31, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on May 6 and disorderly conduct on May 8, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Thomas R. Cook, 24, Livermore Falls, charged with possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 6, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Debra A. Coulombe, 36, Mechanic Falls, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and five counts of forgery on April 15, found guilty on first, second, third and fourth charges, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended, one year probation and $715 restitution for each charge; fifth and sixth charges dismissed.

Ryan T. Couture, 22, Sabattus, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on Sept. 14, 200, found guilty, fined $300.

Cory B. Culleton, 19, Canton, charged with criminal mischief on May 1, found guilty, fined $100 and $95 restitution.

John P. Cushing, 33, Readfield, charged with violation of hazardous material regulation on April 1, found guilty, fined $200.

Melissa M. Cutler, 23, Turner, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 21, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Nikki C. Davis, 30, Bethel, charged with disorderly conduct on June 19, found guilty, fined $75.

Carolyn J. Deberry, 25, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension and possession of marijuana on May 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Melinda J. Dehetre, 35, Wilton, charged with operating under the influence on April 23, sent to jury trial.

Luis Dejesus, 23, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 7, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation.

Renay L. Demmons, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on April 30, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

James B. Desjardins, 46, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 21, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Lucas P. DeWildt, 24, Orono, charged with operating after suspension on May 7, found guilty, fined $300.

Duane Dimock, 29, Durham, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property and violation of condition of release on July 1, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three days for each charge.

Conor Dolan, 21, Durham, charged with operating after suspension on Aug. 31, 2003, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to two days.

Tod R. Doucette, 40, Auburn, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Nov. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Travis Dow, 23, New Gloucester, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Tiffany L. Drinkwater, 25, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on May 26, found guilty, fined $75.

Timothy B. Ducharme, 37, Lewiston, charged with forgery and operating after suspension on Jan. 8, 2002, found guilty, sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Jaime Edwards, 21, Lisbon, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on April 28, offense committed on both charges, fined $50 on first charge; fined $35 on second charge.

Tina M. Elliot, 23, Lisbon, charged with assault and driving to endanger on Feb. 17, and violating condition of release on Feb. 24, first two charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 24 hours.

Ben J. Ellis, 24, Bowdoinham, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 28, found guilty, fined $75.

Elizabeth M. Emery, 24, Lisbon, charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 28, sent to jury trial.
