Norman J. Estes, 39, Sabattus, charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license on May 23, both charges sent to jury trial.

Bruce G. Everett, 28, Harrison, charged with operating after suspension and failure to give a correct name and address to an officer on Oct. 31, 2002, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Lorraine R. Farris, 20, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on April 7, found guilty, fined $100 and $150 restitution.

Misti L. Fecteau, 25, Windham, charged with operating after suspension on March 1, 2001, found guilty, fined $200.

Frederick J. Field Jr., 41, Lisbon, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on April 1, dismissed.

Lawrence D. Finley, 34, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 11, dismissed.

John Fisher, 38, Sabattus, charged with operating after suspension and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Rick H. Fisher, 29, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on June 16, 2002 and operating after suspension on April 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $600, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months on first charge; fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on second charge.

Dustin Foisy, 20, Lewiston, charged with failure to make an accident report within 48 hours on May 8, sent to jury trial.

Billie Jo Fortier, 31, charged with operating after suspension, attaching false motor vehicle plates, refusing to give personal information to an officer and displaying a false license or ID on May 17, found guilty on first, second, and third charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; fined $150 on third charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Jayme E. Foss, 31, Jay, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on March 28, found guilty, fined $75.

Sayshawn Foster, 23, Auburn, charged with refusing to provide a name and address on May 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Deborah S. Frothingham, 23, Marlboro, Mass., charged with driving under the influence on April 7, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Sebatian E. Galindo, 56, Turner, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on May 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael D. Giambra, 31, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 10, found guilty, fined $300.

Bernard J. Hackett, 55, Buckfield, charged with shooting domestic animals on March 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Joseph E. Hahn, 18, West Paris, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Corey Hall, 20, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 8, fined $200 on first charge and $100 on second charge; both by default.

Keith Darrell Hall, 37, Bangor, charged with violating condition of release on July 8, transferred to Superior Court.

Darrell W. Hamby, 45, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on May 20, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days.

Kathy Hamel, 40, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on May 17, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months.

Shelly Hamilton, 38, Lisbon Falls, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on May 27 and June 1, offense committed on both charges, fined $50 for each charge.

Thomas M. Hamilton, 22, Auburn, charged with violating condition of release on May 6, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Tara L. Hansen, 28, Norway, charged with operating after suspension on March 19, 2003, found guilty, fined $400.
