Bruce G. Everett, 28, Harrison, charged with operating after suspension and failure to give a correct name and address to an officer on Oct. 31, 2002, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Lorraine R. Farris, 20, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on April 7, found guilty, fined $100 and $150 restitution.

Misti L. Fecteau, 25, Windham, charged with operating after suspension on March 1, 2001, found guilty, fined $200.

Frederick J. Field Jr., 41, Lisbon, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on April 1, dismissed.

Lawrence D. Finley, 34, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 11, dismissed.

John Fisher, 38, Sabattus, charged with operating after suspension and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Rick H. Fisher, 29, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on June 16, 2002 and operating after suspension on April 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $600, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months on first charge; fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on second charge.

Dustin Foisy, 20, Lewiston, charged with failure to make an accident report within 48 hours on May 8, sent to jury trial.

Billie Jo Fortier, 31, charged with operating after suspension, attaching false motor vehicle plates, refusing to give personal information to an officer and displaying a false license or ID on May 17, found guilty on first, second, and third charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; fined $150 on third charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Jayme E. Foss, 31, Jay, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on March 28, found guilty, fined $75.
