LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Daniel W. Hilton, 25, Farmingdale, charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass on March 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, second charge dismissed.

Simone Hinkley, 65, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on April 1, found guilty, fined 475.

Steven J. Hish, 50, Leeds, charged with obstructing report of crime on March 6, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Steven Holman, 30, Auburn, charged with assault on May 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Douglas Edward Humphrey, 40, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 9, found guilty, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution of $18.

Stephen A. Hunter, 45, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to sign criminal summons on May 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $75, second charge dismissed.

Devin R. Hutchinson, 37, Minot, charged with operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on Feb. 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Willie A. Jackson, 20, Lisbon Falls, charged with assault on June 28, found guilty, sentenced to seven days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Rodney Jarvis, 37, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 18, sentenced to 90 days in Androscoggin County Jail, probation partially revoked.

Jean L. Jacques Contractor Inc., Lewiston, charged with failing to produce proof of inspection commercial vehicle on April 14, found guilty, fined $70.

Brandon Jennings, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on Feb. 29, sentenced to 90 days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, probation partially revoked.

Jeffrey Jimenez, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on Dec. 8, 2003, sentenced to 75 days in Androscoggin County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Steven M. Kaplan, 39, North Monmouth, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 miles over the speed limit on April 15, charge dismissed.

Suzanne A. Kelley, 55, Bowdoinham, charged with allowing dog to be at large and owning or keeping animal that kills or injures on May 18, both charges defaulted, fined $50 on first charge, fined $100 on second charge.

Jacqueline Kennedy, 38, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 31, 2003, found guilty, fined $75.

Tiffany M. Kilton, 18, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct and assault on May 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $75, found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Mark Kimball Jr., 22, Oxford, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on Oct. 25, 2003, found guilty, fined $75.

Terrence W. Kirk, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal threatening on April 11, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, probation one year, second charge dismissed.

Janette Mangos, 32, Lewiston, charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child on April 21, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Geneva P. Martineau, 74, Zephyrhills, Fla., charged with failing to give motor vehicle accident information on May 16, found guilty, fined $75.

Ernest Martinez, 27, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief, on May 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Justin L. Matejcik, 26, Bowdoinham, charged with operating under the influence on May 23, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Steven McCarroll, 51, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on May 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 18 months, found guilty on second charge, fined $200, suspended $100.
