Boyle to speak

NORWAY – Maine mystery author Gerry Boyle will present a book talk at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, in the Norway Memorial Library.

“Homebody,” Boyle’s eighth suspense book featuring Jack McMorrow, was released in June. The fictional McMorrow lives in Prosperity, Maine, and works as a stringer for The New York Times or The Boston Globe. Books will be available for purchasing and signing, and there will be refreshments.

Boyle attended Colby College, where he studied literature and writing. He later worked for the Waterville Morning Sentinel as a reporter and a columnist until 2001. He is now editor of the Colby College Magazine, which allows him to continue with journalism as well as write his Jack Morrow mystery series.
