RICHMOND, Va. – Norma L. Additon Mansur, 87, of Richmond, Va., died Wednesday, Sept. 1, in Richmond.

Born in Greene, she graduated from Monmouth Academy in 1934, then went on to business College. In 1938, she married Richard H. Mansur, of Augusta, where they then resided.

In 1955, she moved with her family to Richmond, Va., but came back to Maine every summer.

She is remembered for her zest for life and her enjoyment of her family and wide circle of friends.

Her interests included camping, knitting, sewing and playing cards. She was an avid bridge player and an excellent cook. She learned to e-mail friends and family in her 80s.

Survivors include her husband; two children, David Mansur, of Ashland, Va., and Dianne Grim, of Goldens Bridge, N.Y.; four grandchildren, Rebecca Reed, Kimberly Emery, Gina Childress, and Holly Smith; and three great-grandchildren, Austin, Chandler and Sydney.
