AUBURN – Elisha Dorso scored three goals and added an assist to propel St. Dom’s to a convincing 6-0 win over WMC foe Poland in field hockey play Friday afternoon.

Becky Lewis chipped in with a pair of goals and a pair of assists while Laura Rideout also scored for the Saints (10-1).

Elizabeth Bennet made two saves to record her eighth shutout. Elsie Cummings made 12 saves on 18 shots for the Knights (3-8).

Lewiston 2, Lawrence 1

LEWISTON – Caitlin Anthoine scored a pair of unassisted goals Friday to lift Lewiston to a 2-1 victory over Lawrence in field hockey action Friday afternoon.

Anthoine’s first goal came 13 minutes into the second half to knot the score at 1-1. Her second goal came 30 seconds into overtime to give the Blue Devils (3-7) the win. Katie Grant turned back 16 shots.

Katie Beeh made six saves for the Bulldogs (4-6).

Telstar 3, Livermore Falls 1

BETHEL – Telstar’s Jessie Farington netted the game-winning goal on a pass from Liz Rosenberg to give the Rebels a 3-1 win over Livermore Falls.

Kayla Mills and Danna Wilson also scored a goal apiece for Telstar (9-1-1). Taryn Flagg scored the lone goal for the Andies.

Winthrop 1, Jay 0

WINTHROP – Mary Zimmerman converted a feed from Nicole Emery midway through the first half to lift Winthrop to a 1-0 MVC field hockey win over Jay.

Katie Mullen turned back nine shots for the Ramblers (9-0-1) to register the shutout victory. Kaylie DiMillo was credited with nine saves for the Tigers (5-5).

Lisbon 5, Boothbay 1

BOOTBAY HARBOR – Amanda Stevens scored a pair of goals to lead Lisbon to a 5-1 victory over Boothbay.

Emily Poliquin netted two goals and Kim Campbell also scored for the Greyhounds (8-3). Ali Hartley scored the lone goal for Boothbay (6-5).

Buckfield 2, GPC 1

PORTLAND – Tiffany Dunn found the back of the net on a pass from Elise Boutin for the game-winning goal as Buckfield defeated Greater Portland Christian 2-1.

Candace Allen scored the first goal for the Bucks (6-3).

Kelsey Yarborough scored the only goal for Greater Portland Christian (2-2).

MCI 1, Oak Hill 0

PITTSFIELD – Megan Holt’s unassisted goal sent MCI to a 1-0 triumph over Oak Hill in a girls varsity soccer match up.

MCI’s (3-7) Kasey Dodge made seven saves for the shutout. Ashly Mederios had 17 stops in net for Oak Hill.
