NORWAY – Announcement is made of the engagement of Shawn W. Casey and Becca Salman.
Mr. Casey is the son of Marjorie Howe, D.M.D., of Norway and the late John Casey of Auburn. He is the grandson of Russell and Virginia Howe of Auburn. He is a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and the University of Maine at Orono. He is the owner of Western Maine Mortgage Co. in Norway.
Miss Salman is the daughter of Ginny Hughes of Arlington, Mass., and Ron Salman of Sedgwick. She is the granddaughter of Barbara Hughes of Brunswick and Majken Salman of Sedgwick. She is a graduate of George Stevens Academy in Blue Hill and Tulane University in New Orleans. She is an architect and is currently employed as the home planning center coordinator for Hancock Lumber in Windham.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 3 on Peaks Island in Casco Bay.
