Eric N. Tibbetts, 29, Lewiston, charged with violating a license, permit, certificate or restriction on June 5, waived, fined $100.

Marie Towers, 25, Rumford, charged with assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and refusing to give personal information to an officer on July 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $150.

Stacy L. Turcotte, 33, Jay, charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on April 10, probation violation, sentenced to 200 days and probation partially revoked.

Stephen M. Versluis Jr., 20, Sabattus, charged with a threatening display of a weapon on June 3, dismissed.

Timothy Whitney, 52, Auburn, charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on June 7, 2003, found guilty, fined $74.

Andrew Wildes, 51, Sabattus, charged with criminal mischief and a threatening display of a weapon on May 22, both charges sent to jury trial.

Todd A. Withers, 39, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence on May 19, sent to jury trial.

Pamela J. Yomoah, 20, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 4, sent to jury trial.

Sheila M. Adams, 43, Livermore Falls, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on May 4, 1999, permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $100.

William Adams, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating vehicle without a license on May 12, both charges dismissed.

William H. Adkins, 23, Phippsburg, charged with two counts of harassment by telephone on May 24, 2003, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 90 days in Androscoggin County Jail on both charges, all suspended, probation six months for each charge.

Scott Albert, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension, eluding an officer, attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 12, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Chad Gregory Alexander, 23, Minot, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and operating after suspension on Aug. 29, 2003, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Roland R. Amlotte, 56, Lewiston, charged with failing to produce proof of inspection of commercial vehicle and rule violation missing or broken brake components on June 25, both charges waived, fined $100 for first charge, $100 for second charge.

Luis Arroyo, 38, Lewiston, charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on July 14, transferred to Superior Court.

Kamal O. Arten, 23, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on May 12, found guilty, fined $75, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $66.89.

Judilynn Arthur, 34, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, operating after suspension on April 20, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jamie R. Asselin, 25, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 22, dismissed.

Christian L. Audette, 23, Winthrop, charged with assault and criminal mischief on Nov. 9, 2003, first charged dismissed, fined $350 on second charged.

Yvonne M. Ayala, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on June 2, found guilty, fined $200.

Anthony Ayotte, 21, Hallandale, Fla., charged with rule violation operated by unqualified driver on June 25, found guilty, fined $750.

Andrew Bailey, 22, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on March 14, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to four days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Queancy Barefield, 49, Lewiston, charged with criminal attempt on July 23, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy Barker, 27, Auburn, charged with operating motor vehicle after revocation on May 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Richard B. Barnard, 35, Poland, charged with allowing dog to be at large on June 17, by default, fined $50.

Richard Beaulieu, 25, Auburn, charged with theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property on June 11, found guilty, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $207.33.

Steven J. Beaulieu, 45, Augusta, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 28, 2002, dismissed.

Brandy Bechard, 19, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 10, found guilty, fined $75.

Joseph Belanger, 21, Livermore Falls, charged with failure to register vehicle and attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge and $75 on second charge.

Robert B. Belanger, 37, Mechanic Falls, charged with possession of fireworks on July 4, by default, fined $35.
