Caleb Michael Duchesneau, 21, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of liquor on premises by a minor on June 17, fined $75 on first charge by default; fined $200 on second charge by default.

Christopher J. Duguay, 26, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on June 14, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Kimberly Dussault, 23, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Elmer Eirby, 47, Greene, charged with aggravated assault on July 30, transferred to Superior Court.

John Alec Esty Jr., 22, Lewiston, charged with burglary on June 3, transferred to Superior Court.

Justin P. Esty, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault and violating condition of release on June 14 and violating condition of release on Aug. 6, first two charges transferred to Superior Court, found guilty on third charge, sentenced to five days.

Jeanne E. Feder, 50, Rangeley, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 14, filed, fined $100.

George Field Jr., 42, Auburn, charged with assault on Dec. 24, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

James M. Fisk, 51, Newport, Va. and Lewiston, charged with sexual abuse of a minor on June 18, June 22 and June 23, and disseminating sexually explicit material on June 24, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Stacie Fisk, 33, Lewiston, charged with sexual abuse of a minor on June 18, June 22 and June 23, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

James J. Fortier, 37, Auburn, charged with displaying a false license or ID on June 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Kenneth A. Foster, 20, Lewiston, charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on May 30, found guilty, fined $68.

Dana P. Fournier, 29, Jay, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility and refusing to give personal information to an officer on June 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Todd M. Frank, 33, Lewiston, charged with assault on June 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Robert Frechette, 29, Lewiston, charged with endangering the welfare of a child on June 4, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended and six months probation.

Amy Freeland, 18, West Paris, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Brock Gagnon, 25, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 7, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Brian J. Goding, 26, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on June 5, 2002, found guilty, fined $100 and $329.97 restitution.

Robert E. Goyette Jr., charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 6, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Linda Hampshire, 47, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 12, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

William M. Harbin, 28, Lisbon, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Reubin Hardy, 28, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 5, found guilty, fined $150.

Abdikani M. Hassan, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating without a license on May 4, found guilty, fined $100 with all but $50 suspended.

Troy Douglas Haydon, 36, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on July 1, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Alfred E. Heath, 62, Minot, charged with driving to endanger and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on June 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $150, sentenced to 120 days with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Phillip A. Hebert Jr., 35, Canton, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600.

Douglass N. Hersom, 23, Lewiston, charged with reckless conduct and criminal mischief on Dec. 3, both charges sent to jury trial.

Gary Hesketh, 23, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on June 12, transferred to Superior Court.

William Bryant Hinkley, 22, Turner, charged with operating under the influence on March 27, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

David Hodgkin, 35, Poland, charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of assault on April 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; found not guilty on second and third charges.

Lesley Sue Hopkins, 32, Greene, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on June 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Barbara J. Howell, 38, Lisbon Falls, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and keeping a dangerous dog on June 13, offense committed on both charges, fined $50 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Penny Hudson, 39, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on April 21, sent to jury trial.

Jason Humiston, 21, Standish, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 2, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Jeffrey L. Hyde, 43, Auburn, charged with assault, terrorizing and two counts of violating condition of release on July 20, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Punk Icee, 46, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 4, disorderly conduct on May 10 and indecent conduct on July 20, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to five days for each charge; third charge dismissed.

David S. Jackson, 28, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on May 27 and violating condition of release on July 13, both charges dismissed.

Julianne James, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 16, 2003, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason Jean, 28, Buckfield, charged with assault on June 23, transferred to Superior Court.

Hugh Jett, 42, Greene, charged with being a habitual offender on a prior revocation on July 15, transferred to Superior Court.

Adam Johnson, 28, Lewiston, charged with assault and reckless conduct on May 23, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 180 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Kyle Jones, 20, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct on June 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Travis Jones, 24, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 28, 2002, found guilty, sentenced to six months with all but three months suspended, one year probation and $850 restitution.

Stephanie Joyner, 23, Auburn, charged with theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property on June 11, found guilty, fined $100 and $207.23 restitution.

Debra Judd, 45, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on June 12, found guilty, fined $300.

Charlotte Kane, 31, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct on June 9, found guilty, fined $150.

Richard A. Kendall, 37, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Everett Knowlton, 36, Poland, charged with operating beyond license restriction on July 26, 2001, and operating after suspension on Jan. 31, 2002, found guilty on both charges, fined $60 on first charge; fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on second charge.

Nathan Korniotes, 22, Cotuit, Mass., charged with operating under the influence, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed; offense committed on third charge, fined $75.

Kyle L. Labrecque, 19, Lewiston, charged with terrorizing on April 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel J. Lachance, 33, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on June 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

David Lagasse, 21, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on May 2, scheduled for sentencing.

Michael J. Lagasse, 34, Lewiston, charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child on June 25, both charges sent to jury trial.

Richard E. Lamothe Jr., 25, Lisbon, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on June 12, fined $75 by default.

Richard Landry, 49, Greene, charged with indecent conduct on June 13, found guilty, fined $75.

Debra Laurinaitis, 34, Minot, charged with keeping a dangerous dog and two counts of allowing a dog to be at large on April 20, first and second charges dismissed; offense committed on third charge, fined $100 and $110 restitution.

Daniel Lavoie, 47, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on June 10, transferred to Superior Court.

Jason P. Layton, 27, Auburn, charged with assault, criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime on July 10, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 180 days with all but four days suspended and two years probation for each charge; second charge dismissed.

Debra Lynn Leavitt, 39, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on June 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Roland Leno, 56, Durham, charged with aggravated assault on June 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Tony E. Leonard, 35, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on April 29, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on June 16, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, falsifying physical evidence, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release on July 15, first and second charges dismissed; probation violation, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked on third charge; probation violation on fourth charge; probation violation and sentenced to two days on fifth charge; probation violation on sixth charge.

Pauline Lessard, 44, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Jacob Lovejoy, 22, Columbia, charged with two counts of harassment by telephone on April 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Richard Lyman Jr., 36, Lewiston, charged with driving 30 plus mph over the speed limit on May 10, dismissed.

Tyson MacDonald, 25, Greene, charged with operating after suspension on June 19, found guilty, fined $100 with all but $100 suspended.

Julie A. Macomber, 33, Auburn, charged with violating a protective order on May 7, dismissed; violating a protective order on May 22, dismissed; and violating condition of release, violating a protective order, disorderly conduct, criminal threatening and criminal mischief on July 7, probation violation and sentenced to 10 days on first charge; probation violation and sentenced to 10 days, probation partially revoked and continued with $94 restitution on second charge; third charge dismissed; probation violation and sentenced to to days on fourth charge.

Tyler C. Mancuso, 20, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 12, transferred to Superior Court.

John J. Markowski, 49, Windham, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on April 25, dismissed.

Jason Louis Martin, 24, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on June 25 and July 9, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Paul E. Martin, 37, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence on June 15, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Mariette Mastronardi, 58, Lewiston, charged with a threatening display of a weapon on Aug. 28, 2003, dismissed.

Maxwell R. Mawhinney, 21, Lewiston, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution on May 3, adjudicated, fined $200.

Jeffrey Albert McKinney, 35, Sabattus, charged with possession of fireworks, cultivating marijuana and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 26, all charges sent to jury trial.

Doris McPhail, 43, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 14, found guilty, fined $200.

Anthony W. Melendez, 43, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 6, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Jeromy C. Merchant, 24, Livermore Falls, charged with violating a protective order from harassment violation on June 7, sent to jury trial.

Karlene E. Merrill, 26, Greene, charged with forgery on Oct. 29 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 17, both charges sent to jury trial.

Marvin Merryman, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on June 13, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Aaron J. Michaud, 19, Greene, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 and license suspended on first charge; fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days on second charge.

William E. Michaud, 39, Jay, charged with failing to stop for an officer on Dec. 1, dismissed.

Raymond Miller, 19, Lewiston, charged with eluding an officer on May 2, transferred to Superior Court.

Abdirham H. Mohamed, 18, Lewiston, charged with making an aggravated misstatement of a fact on Feb. 5, found guilty, fined $350.

Abdirizak Mohamed, 20, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on May 12 and disorderly conduct and violation of condition of release on Aug. 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to three days for each charge.
