LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Derek W. Smith, 22, Lewiston, charged with two counts of criminal threatening on June 20, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Joel Trenton Smith, 32, Oxford, charged with violation of a protective order on June 8, dismissed.

Justin W. Smith, 25, Auburn, charged with burglary and aggravated assault on May 3, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Susan R. Soucy, 40, Lewiston, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on April 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Justin T. Spaulding, 20, Augusta, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Miranda Spencer, 20, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on June 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended; second charge dismissed.

Robert E. Spicuzza, 40, Southbury, Conn., charged with operating a vehicle without a license, operating under the influence, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana on June 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400, sentenced to two days and license suspended for 90 days; offense committed on third and fourth charges, fined $75 on third charge; fined $200 on fourth charge.

Abdunoor M. Ssetuba, 33, Waltham, Mass., charged with operating under the influence on May 9, sent to jury trial.

Jay J. St. Peter, 26, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on July 30, 2003, filed, fined $100.

Douglas A. St. Pierre, 34, Greene, charged with two counts of unlawful touching on April 27, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Miae Kim Stevens, 50, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 1, dismissed.

Joseph F. Stevenson, 23, Wayne, charged with passing a stopped school bus on May 7, sent to jury trial.

Amanda L. Strout, 18, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on June 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Crystal D. Taylor, 30, Livermore Falls, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 22, offense committed, fined $75.

Thomas Taylor, 40, Auburn, charged with assault on July 23, transferred to Superior Court.

Mark Tenneson, 43, Livermore Falls, charged with violation of privacy on April 1, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days with all but four days suspended and one year probation.

Ronald Theriault, 28, Norway, charged with operating a vehicle after revocation on June 11, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to 96 hours.

Scott N. Therrien, 37, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on July 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Lee S. Thomas, 38, Lewiston, charged with assault and violating condition of release on May 31, probation violation on both charges, sentence to 30 days and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Ryan Thrasher, 22, Brunswick, charged with disorderly conduct on June 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason Gabriel Toomey, 27, Mechanic Falls, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 20, dismissed.

Vincent M. Toth, 42, Lisbon, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on May 21, transferred to Superior Court.

Ryanne M. Trefethen, 18, Bowdoin, charged with operating after suspension on May 29, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Ross T. Trepanier, 21, Winthrop, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Oct. 16, first charge permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Anthony Troiano, 37, Auburn, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 4, 2003, found guilty, fined $100.

Stacy L. Turcotte, 33, Jay, charged with operating under the influence on April 10, probation violation, sentenced to 200 days and probation partially revoked.

Christian Venable, 23, Auburn, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 6, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Albert E. Verrill, 50, West Sumner, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on June 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $400, sentenced to two days and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on second charge.

David F. Violette, 55, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on June 29, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Donald A. Voisine, 51, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 11, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Jeremiah Wadsworth II, 27, Turner, charged with failing to make an oral or written accident report on April 9, found guilty, fined $74.

Michael R. Wadsworth, 41, Wilton, charged with operating under the influence and reckless conduct on April 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Clayton E. Wagner, 49, Livermore Falls, charged with operating after suspension on April 1, permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Deshaun K. Walcott, 24, Freeport, N.Y., charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 24, transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth W. Welton, 33, Gray, charged with operating watercraft without safety equipment on June 21, waived, fined $100.

Lena White, 29, Lewiston, charged with drinking in public on June 16 and violating condition of release on July 30, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

James Arthur Wilkinson, 36, Mexico, charged with an unsafe/defective vehicle rule violation and attaching false motor vehicle plates on April 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Carl M. Williams, 36, Lewiston, charged with illegal dumping of waste on June 12, offense committed, fined $50 and $208 restitution.

Mark Ashley Williams, 25, Auburn, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility and displaying a false license or ID on June 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Gary A. Wilmot, 47, Gray, charged with possession of marijuana on March 10, permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $200.

David J. Wilson II, 33, Jay, charged with operating under the influence on April 21, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Gretchen M. Wilson, 25, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on May 18, found guilty, fined $150.

Brandon Windover, 30, Mexico, charged with criminal trespass on Sept. 7, 2001, found guilty, fined $75.

Jennifer Winship, 29, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on June 16, fined $200 by default.

David A. Wood, 40, Lisbon, charged with cultivating marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana on June 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; offense committed on second charge, fined $75; third charge dismissed.

Kyle Woodard, 18, Lewiston, charged with possession of liquor on premises by a minor on June 23, fined $200 by default.

Robert J. Work, 27, Lewiston, charged with aggravated criminal mischief and criminal threatening on Jan. 24, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Derek Wright, 18, Greene, charged with operating an ATV on a public way on June 20, offense committed, fined $75.

Jeannette L. Wright, 41, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; second charge dismissed.

Heather B. Yaglinski, 38, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on June 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Floyd J. Young, 42, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 9 and assault on Aug. 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

Malik Younger, 24, Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 24, transferred to Superior Court.
