FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Jail:

Justin T. Rundlett, 19, of New Portland on a charge of unpaid fine/fees Oct. 4 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $150 was provided for release.

Frank Howard, 40, of Kingfield on a warrant for failure to pay fine Oct. 6 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $10 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Zackery Roy, 19, of Wilton on two counts of burglary Oct. 7 by Jay police. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Joshua Mercer, 20, of Jay on a probation violation Oct. 7 by Jay police. He was released to Androscoggin County on Oct. 12, according to a jail intake officer.

Wendell Cressey, 42, of Freeport on a charge of disorderly conduct Oct.8 by Rangeley police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Gary Welch, 42, of Chesterville on a charge of domestic assault Oct. 9 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Adam Orser, 24, of Falmouth on a charge of failure to appear for fishing without a license Oct. 9 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance Nov. 3.

Kyle Gilley, 18, of Chesterville on a charge of theft Oct. 9 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Darlene Armstrong, 20, of Chesterville on a charge of theft Oct. 9 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Jenny Rusu, 20, of Adamsburg, Pa., on a charge of driving under the influence Oct. 9 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Charles Wingfield, 49, of New Sharon on a charge of driving under the influence Oct. 10 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Robert Keoskie, 31, of Bethel on two Somerset warrants, probation violation and trafficking in prison, Oct. 10 by Maine State Police. He was transferred to Somerset County on Oct. 12.

Jason Swett, 29, of Carthage on a charge of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon Oct. 12 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on Oct. 27.

Nathan Reeve, 27, of Farmington on a warrant for failure to pay fine Oct. 12 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $235 was provided for release Oct. 13.

Zachary Chickering, 27, of Auburn on a charge of criminal trespass Oct. 12 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Raymond Pomerleau, 53, of Livermore Falls on a charge of driving after suspension Oct. 13 by Jay police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Tracy Robbins, 29, of Wilton on a probation violation Oct. 8 by Jay police. The hold was lifted and Robbins was released Oct. 13.

Elijah Hutchins, 23, of Canton on a warrant for burglary Oct. 13 by Jay police. He was released Oct. 18 by probation according to a jail intake officer.

Todd D. Toothaker, 22, of Farmington on a charge of failure to pay fine/fees Oct. 14 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $25 was provided for release.

Anthony Sullivan, 23, of Strong on charges of assault, criminal mischief Oct. 14 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $10,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Joshua B. Krell, 48, of Jay on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident Oct. 14 by Jay police. He was released Oct. 20 by Probation, according to a jail intake officer.

Timothy Nurse, 29, of Wilton on a charge of criminal trespass/assault on an officer Oct. 14 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Ted Welch, 23, of New Sharon on a charge of criminal trespass Oct. 14 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Christine Stevens, 20, of New Sharon on a warrant for failure to sign summons Oct. 14 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $125 was provided for release Oct. 15.

Michael Sullivan, 22, of Augusta on a charge of disorderly conduct Oct. 15 by Farmington police. He was bailed on personal recognizance for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Jody Morris, 28, of East Livermore on a charge of criminal speed Oct. 16 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

James B. Sweenhart, 31, of Wilton on a charge of driving after suspension Oct. 16 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

Cody James Pratt, 19, of Norway on a charge of driving after suspension Oct. 17 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.
