RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.
Calvin S. Bogie III, 31, McIndoe Falls, Vt., charged with an operating after disqualified rule violation and a missing or broken brake components rule violation on Aug. 19, both charges waived, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.
David C. Boynton, 41, Rumford, charged with assault on July 1, sent to jury trial.
Justin Bradbury, 19, Harrison, charged with unlawfully permitting watercraft operation on Aug. 15, waived, fined $125.
Richard Bridges, 43, Canton, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on July 24, both charges sent to jury trial.
Sunday MacMaster, 36, Pittston, charged with assault, operating an ATV on land of another and two counts of criminal trespass on July 10, all charges sent to jury trial.
Kirk G. Siegel, 43, Bethel, charged with violation of any rule of the commissioner on Aug. 28, waived, fined $50.
Marcel Trepanier, 57, Merrimack, N.H., charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Sept. 18, waived, fined $100.
Steven J. Wiebe, 36, Homosassa Fla., charged with disorderly conduct on March 31, 2003, dismissed.
