RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.
Denis Diconzo, 49, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 12, sent to jury trial.
Carrie A. Gammon, 26, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 14, sent to jury trial.
Harry W. Hamner, 35, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on July 23, sent to jury trial.
Linda McCoubrey, 45, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license on July 10, and operating under the influence, operating without a license and violating condition of release on July 31, all charges sent to jury trial.
Raymond M. Monte, 53, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Aug. 1, all charges sent to jury trial.
Christine E. Swanson, 25, Burlington, Vt., charged with operating without a license on Aug. 12, waived, fined $150.
Justin J. Usry, 23, Bethel, charged with failure to display ATV registration numbers on Sept. 12, fined $75 by default.
Kimberly M. Wright, 36, Dixfield, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 1, sent to jury trial.
