Ras Masood, 56, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Michael A. McCombs, 30, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 4, fined $100 by default.

April L. McDonald, 20, Jay, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 13, sent to jury trial.

Jessica McGeorge, 23, Orange, Conn., charged with transportation of liquor by a minor on April 8, 1999, filed, fined $100.

Joseph H. McGowan, 38, Waterville, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 28, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Michael L. McKee, 53, Greene, charged with criminal mischief on June 14, dismissed.

Matthew Merrill, 23, Lewiston, charged with displaying a false license or ID on May 14, found guilty, fined $50.

Rebecca Morris, 19, Monmouth, charged with assault on April 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew Musselman, 34, Mount Vernon, 34, charged with criminal trespass on March 16, 2002, found guilty, fined $75.

Rontrell Nelson, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 11, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Jay C. Nichols, 31, Livermore Falls, charged with operating after suspension on May 29, dismissed.

David M. Norman, 31, Chesterville, charged with operating without financial responsibility on May 5, dismissed.

John Noyes, 38, Lewiston, charged with indecent conduct on Aug. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Victor L. Odom, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 23, sent to jury trial.

Lisa D. Ouellette, 34, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on July 12, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Amber E. Owen, 19, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 29, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Francisco Pagan, 27, Auburn, charged with operating without a license on June 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Donna M. Pagnani, 22, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 25, sent to jury trial.

Brian J. Paladino, 28, Oxford, charged with failure to notify owner of accident property damage on March 18, 2000, dismissed.

David Paladino, 29, Lewiston, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 8, 2000, waived, fined $100.

David L. Patterson, 49, Lewiston, charged with assault on May 5, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Jonathan R. Paul, 19, Auburn, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on July 3, found guilty, fined $100.

William R. Pennell, 54, Bowdoin, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on July 7, waived, fined $100.

Eric Pepin, 30, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on April 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Jeremy W. Pfeiffer, 22, Brunswick, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on June 24, found guilty, fined $300.

Benjamin Pike, 21, Mechanic Falls, charged with furnishing liquor to a minor on July 20, and possession of liquor by a minor on July 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Scott Plourde, 41, Mechanic Falls, charged with two counts of keeping a dangerous dog on May 29, both charges dismissed.

Gregory Pontoo, 20, Lewiston, charged with assault on June 26, dismissed.

John A. Poulin, 40, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 21, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Albert Powers, 32, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 14, dismissed.

Marie A. Pritts, 40, Lewiston, charged with being a fugitive from justice on Aug. 9, dismissed.

Kristopher Pulk, 20, Auburn, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 23, fined $100 by default.

Charles John Robert, 43, Wales, charged with assault on June 24, sent to jury trial.

John C. Robertson, 27, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on May 19 and operating after suspension on June 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 and $100 restitution on first charge, fined $200 on second charge.

Matthew Ross, 54, Errol, N.H., charged with operating under the influence on June 27, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Christopher M. Roy, 27, Lewiston, charged with failing to give motor vehicle accident information on April 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Joseph M. Roy, 30, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 26, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Bruce Russo, 18, Lewiston, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on May 8, offense committed, fined $200.

Ahmed Hussein Samater, 44, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on May 18, dismissed.

Aaron Matthew Saylor, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on June 25, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

John Short, 36, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence on June 24, sent to jury trial.

Heather D. Small, 20, Lisbon Falls, charged with cruelty to animals on March 28, fined $100 by default.

Mark D. Small, 20, Peru, charged with possession of liquor on premises by a minor on June 26, offense committed, fined $200.

Darci J. Smith, 22, Augusta, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility no June 22, found guilty, fined $300 with all but $100 suspended.

Robert W. Smith, 33, Lisbon Falls, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on July 4, found guilty, fined $200.

Kenneth A. Spear, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on Nov. 20, 2002, found guilty on first charge, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended; second charge dismissed.

Armand St. Pierre, 38, Lewiston, charged with assault on May 3, found guilty, continued for sentencing.

Sonia Stevens, 27, Lewiston, charged with endangering the welfare of a child on June 24, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Nathaniel J. Stewart, 20, Lewiston, charged with failing to stop for an officer and operating after suspension on June 12, both charges sent to jury trial.

David J. Strout, 19, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 20, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Stephen J. Tardif, 29, Lewiston, charged with obstructing the report of a crime on Aug. 12, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Jessica Thistle, 22, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on June 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph Trask, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint on June 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Leo R. Turcotte, charged with operating under the influence on June 13, sent to jury trial.

Jason Verrill, 31, Lisbon Falls, charged with burning without a permit on July 2, waived, fined $50.

Stephen M. Versluis Jr., 21, Greenville, charged with assault on June 12, found guilty, fined $200.

James Vradenburgh, 39, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 27, 2003, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days, one year probation and license suspended for 18 months.

William H. Waas, 20, North Jay, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on June 15, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to two days.

Roberta Lynn Wally, 46, Auburn, charged with operating without a license and attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Debra Wing, 44, Norway, charged with operating after suspension on June 26, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Charles B. Wright, 19, Lisbon Falls, charged with failing to display an ATV registration number on May 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Harold D. Yeaton, 29, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 25, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all but 48 hours suspended and two years probation.

Sarah J. Zeihm, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on June 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Sara E. Zogby, 23, New Hartford, N.Y., charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on June 30, found guilty, fined $300.
