INDUSTRY – The wedding of Alycia Rae Stevens and Roger Garland Briscoe III was held at 2 p.m. on March 20 at the Shorey Chapel in Industry.

Mrs. Briscoe is the daughter of Mike and Doris Porter of New Sharon and Lincoln and Kathy Stevens of Madison.

The bride, given in marriage by her dads, wore an ivory gown with beaded bodice and long train and carried a bouquet of ivory and blue roses.

Doris Porter was matron of honor for her daughter and bridesmaids were Michele Hebert, cousin, and Nicki Eustis and Maria Libby, friends. Leia Durrell and Danielle Meisner, nieces of the couple, were the flower girls.

Performing the duties of best man for his friend was Al Gay and ushers were David Durrell, cousin, Duke Durrell, uncle, and Marco Krauthammer, brother of the bridegroom. Logan Durrell and Lucas Durrell, nephews of the bride, were ring bearers.

A reception followed at the Shorey Chapel, after which the couple traveled to Boston. They are residing in Farmington.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and attended Central Maine Technical College in Auburn. She is employed as a customer service representative at ICT in Wilton.

The bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is currently employed as a mason tender by Charles Eagers.
