MEXICO – Nicholas Graham, Mexico resident and drummer for the local metal band “Hatred Alive,” is the national winner of Ozzfest’s “Fastest Feet” Contest sponsored by TAMA.

Graham attended Ozzfest in Connecticut on July 10. He entered the drummer’s event, which electronically measured the number of beats played by the contestant in 30 seconds, and became that site winner.

During the rest of July and August amateur and professional drummers at 24 additional Ozzfest sites around the country vied to best Graham’s score of 508 beats. None succeeded, the next closest score being 484.

At the recent conclusion of the Ozzfest tour, Graham was notified of his national standing and as the contest winner, received a new five-piece TAMA Rockstar Chrome Drum Set.

Graham is the son of Wayne and Diane Farnum of Mexico and can be reached at his Web address: [email protected]
