RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Kim G. Beaudet, 43, Poland, operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 22, waived, fined $100.

Mark Blanchard, 38, Rumford, charged with stalking on March 17, filed with no cost.

Adam Brown, 22, Mexico, charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 9, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

David A. Carrier, 28, Mexico and Rumford, charged with operating after suspension on July 20, 2001, and operating under the influence and operating after suspension on June 8 and June 8, first charge waived, fined $150; second and third charges dismissed.

Brice C. Gammon, 23, Andover, charged with theft of services on April 15, found guilty, fined $100 and $22 restitution.

Charles M. Garrett, 58, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Larry Gill, 45, Peru, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on June 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Cory J. Gurney, 28, Peru, charged with operating under the influence, refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, sentenced to 90 days with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 18 months; second charge dismissed; third charge adjudicated, fined $200; third charge dismissed.

Nona Holland, 34, Peru, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 9, 2003, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Robert Hussey, 23, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 15, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 90 days with all but 14 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 18 months.

Scott A. Jeselskis, 30, Canton, charged with operating after suspension on Sept. 6, 2003, filed.

Dale W. Mathias, 44, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 19, 2001, found guilty, fined $300 and license suspended for 90 days.

Brian W. McAdams, 44, Rumford, charged with fishing without a valid license and unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water on Sept. 27, both charges waived, fined $100 for each charge.

Robert Merandes, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 22, waived, fined $100.

Sean P. Merrill, 36, Mexico, charged with assault on March 27, dismissed.

Shawn A. Noyes, 28, Dixfield, charged with violating condition of release on June 17, sent to jury trial.

Joseph A. Rezendes, 47, Ledyard, Conn., charged with abuse of property while hunting on Sept. 13, waived, fined $100.

Kristy H. St. Laurent, 25, Dixfield, charged with harassment by telephone on Sept. 30, 2003, found guilty, unconditional release.

Jonathan I. Swift, 21, Falmouth, charged with two counts of endangering the welfare on a child and procuring liquor for a minor on June 16, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $300.

Christopher L. Taylor, 44, Dixfield, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release on Aug. 3, both charges dismissed.

Timothy A. Turner, 19, Mexico, charged with terrorizing and criminal mischief on May 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge and $569.77 restitution.

Ralph R. Wentworth, 47, Harrison, charged with possession of marijuana on March 26, fined $250 by default.

Stewart Young, 70, Mexico, charged with permitting unlawful use of a vehicle on April 30, filed.

Maurice N. Cote, 67, Berlin, N.H., charged with hunting on Sunday on Oct. 17, waived, fined $100.

Joshua A. Dunn, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license is suspended or revoked on July 31, both charges sent to jury trial.

John D. Fortin, 20, Greene, charged with operating under the influence on July 31, sent to jury trial.

Ryan E. Gagnon, 21, Rumford, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $200 and $150 restitution.

Dale C. Gaudin, 41, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Jan. 19, 2003, both charges dismissed.

Merle R. Perry, 49, Milton Township, charged with obstructing the report of an injury and violating condition of release on Sept. 17, both charges dismissed.

George A. Sjostrom, 46, Rumford, charged with assault on Oct. 17, sent to jury trial.
