STRONG – Strong Nursing Home has named Sarah Beal, CNA, as Employee of the Month.
Beal started working at the facility several years ago in the Housekeeping and Laundry Department. During her junior year of high school she took the CNA course and transferred to the Nursing Department before her senior year.
Beal is attending the University of Maine at South Portland campus. She continues to work every other weekend, providing direct care services. Beal is a bundle of energy, enthusiasm and cheerfulness, and the residents and staff enjoy her cheerful spirit. She often volunteers to take residents on special outings.
Beal resides at Miles Square in Avon with her parents, Annamaria and Randy Beal, and several siblings. Beal is an outgoing individual and enjoys many outdoor farm activities.
