AUBURN – The Robin Dow Senior Citizens will meet for a Thanksgiving dinner Friday, Nov. 10, at Auburn United Methodist Church, Park Avenue. Doors will open at 11 a.m. The group will be entertained by the Crosbys. Because of the holiday season there will be no meetings during November and December.

The group met Oct. 27 at the American Legion Hall with President Dorothy Larrabee presiding. The Nominating Committee presented the following names for 2005: Dorothy Larrabee, president; Merry Strout, vice president; Irving Grant, treasurer; Lee Koss, assistant treasurer; Caroline Chapman, recording secretary; Shirley Hawkins, corresponding secretary; Pat Donahue, chaplain; Kay Koss, Irving Grant, Betty Hebert, Joan Webb and Alwin Strout, board of directors.

Those interested in making the trip to Indian Head, N.H., Dec. 3 for $44 for a Christmas celebration may call Lee Koss at 783-6396 or Evelyn Sawin at 998-4577 for information and reservations.

Birthdays for October were recognized. There were 77 in attendance. Attendance prize winners were Marion Drapeau and Roger Goding; pot of gold, Elsie Whitney, George Remillard and Guy Donahue. A Halloween luncheon was served after the meeting and the members, dressed in Halloween costumes, held a parade with Pat Record receiving the prize for most original costume. Bingo followed.
