LEWISTON – Sister Irene Arsenault, Daughters of Wisdom, will be the guest speaker for the Saints Peter and Paul Society on Sunday, Nov. 14, following the 8 a.m. breakfast meeting.

A native of Madawaska, Arsenault is a member of the congregation of the Daughters of Wisdom.

Over the years her ministry has included working as an administrative dietitian in St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, Long Island, N.Y.; serving as administrator of Wisdom House, Center of Spirituality in Litchfield, Conn.; giving retreats, workshops and spiritual direction; and as a pastoral associate in St. Raphael Parish in Kittery.

She is serving as administrator of Wisdom’s Center, a drop-in-center for women and their children at 97 Blake St.

Her topic, “Wisdom’s Center – a Place of Safety, Meaning and Hope for Women,” will share how the center has fared since it was established in 1999.
