LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Victor Carter, 23, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Aug. 27, both charges dismissed.

Brendon Eamon Cassidy, 21, Turner, charged with operating under the influence on July 3, sent to jury trial.

Eugene Celli Jr., 35, Sabattus, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Diana J. Chabot, 52, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on July 24, found guilty, fined $75.

Patrick Chabot, 52, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on July 24, found guilty, fined $75.

Marcella L. Chiasson, 43, charged with permitting unlawful use on July 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Thomas Chance, 22, Lisbon, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on June 16 and violating condition of release on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Chapman Trucking, Auburn, charged with a missing or broken brake components rule violation on July 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Thomas P. Chaput, 38, Canton, charged with two counts of assault on May 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Laurier Charest Jr., 55, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 3, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Elizabeth Chickering, 26, Brunswick, charged with assault on June 16, transferred to Superior Court.

James W. Chouinard Sr., 45, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on May 21, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended 90 days.

Martha J. Christiansen, 54, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on July 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Anthony R. Clark, 20, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on July 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Ryan Clarke, 22, Portland, charged with criminal trespass on July 13, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 43, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order and violating condition of release on Aug. 22, both charges sent to jury trial.

Larry Collins, 37, Greene, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 1, and littering on July 5, found guilty, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Christine M. Cooper, 24, South Paris, charged with permitting unlawful use on July 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Timothy R. Cote, 27, Auburn, charged with driving a motor vehicle more than 30 plus mph over the speed limit on July 17, found guilty, fined $300.

Larry R. Cox, 43, Steep Falls, charged with being a fugitive from justice on Sept. 23, extradition waived.

Nicholas A. Coy, 20, Lewiston, charged with carrying a concealed weapon on Sept. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 48 days.

Robert A. Crabtree, 37, Durham, charged with criminal threatening on Aug. 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Rocky Lee Creamer, 27, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 17, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for four years.

Dennis J. Cribben, 31, Poland, charged with robbery on July 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Donald E. Crocker Jr., 47, Poland, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on May 17 and operating under the influence and violating condition of release on Aug. 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second and third charges sent to jury trial.

Tammy J. Crommett, 39, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Garman R. Crump, 49, Naples, charged with disorderly conduct on May 11, 2003, found guilty, fined $75.

Cory B. Culleton, 19, Sabattus, charged with possession of marijuana on July 2, offense committed, fined $200.

David Cunningham, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 26, sent to jury trial.

Stacey M. Currie, 21, Whitmam, Mass., charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and refusing to give personal information to an officer on July 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Raymond L. Cushman, 54, West Farmington, charged with operating after suspension on Oct. 14, 2002, found guilty, fined $300.

Charles A. Damren, 18, Livermore, charged with failure to register a vehicle and operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Jennifer Darling, 20, Norway, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Tammie Day, 38, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on April 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason M. Dean, 26, Lewiston, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on June 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Angel Dejesus, 20, Auburn, charged with robbery on Aug. 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Mark R. Despres, 39, Sabattus, charged with assault on June 30, filed with no cost.

Jody W. Diaz, 36, Livermore Falls, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 1, sent to jury trial.

Quentin J. Doughty, 20, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence and possession of marijuana on May 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Kevin G. Downer, 38, Salem, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on July 25, found guilty, fined $200.

Steven Doyle, 32, Lewiston, charged with failing to register a vehicle on July 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Zachery K. Drake, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 11, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Kevin Dube, 31, Lewiston, charged with failing to stop an ATV on Aug. 7, fined $100 by default.

Donald B. Dubois, 49, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on April 14, found guilty, sentenced to six days.

Eric L. Edwards, 22, Lewiston, charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on June 21, found guilty, fined $50.

Johanna L. Edwards, 23, Norway, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on July 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Eline D. Elie, 44, Lewiston, charged with permitting unlawful use of a vehicle on May 17, dismissed.

Paul L. Elliott, 25, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 26, found guilty, fined $100.

John Alec Esty Jr., 22, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and refusing to give personal information to an officer on June 3, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all suspended and sentenced to two days with all suspended on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Brian D. Everett, 41, Mechanic Falls, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on July 29, filed with no cost.

Timothy J. Evrard, 24, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 25, both charges dismissed.

Margaret E. Farnum, 20, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Sept. 25, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days for each charge.

Lena M. Farrin, 33, Livermore, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on Nov. 27, 2003, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Lorraine R. Farris, 20, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 15 days and probation partially revoked.

Angela J. Fecteau, 30, Lewiston, charged with theft of services on April 29, found guilty, fiend $100 and $16 restitution.

Maurice Field, 30, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on July 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Amy L. Filion, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 6, found guilty, fined $200 with $100 suspended.

John Fisher, 39, Sabattus, charged with operating after suspension on June 11, found guilty, fined $200.

Richard Fitzpatrick, 39, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 22, sent to jury trial.

Shawn M. Fitzsimmons, 24, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 21, dismissed.

Robert Flewelling, 21, Lewiston, charged with assault, terrorizing, cultivating marijuana and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 24, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 120 days with all but five days suspended and one year probation on second charge; sentenced to 120 days with all but five days suspended on third charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Mark S. Foldy Jr., 43, Burnt Hill, N.Y., charged with operating under the influence on June 11, sent to jury trial.

Reginald Joseph Forbey, 48, Lewiston, charged with carrying a concealed weapon on April 3, 2003, found guilty, fined $10 with all suspended and sentenced to 24 hours.

Russell Frechette, 23, Lewiston, charged with assault and terrorizing on Aug. 17, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Charles P. Freeman, 21, Lisbon Falls, charged with disorderly conduct on July 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Zoe Fritze, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault and reckless conduct on May 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Brock Gagnon, 25, Auburn, charged with assault on Aug. 2, and violating condition of release on Aug. 4 and Sept. 5, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 364 days with all but four days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to two days on second and third charges.

Jeremy D. Gagnon, 31, Poland, charged with operating under the influence and attaching false plates on July 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Ralph K. Gaston, 42, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on July 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin T. Gates, 20, Litchfield, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor on July 16, fined $200 and license suspended by default.

Linda S. Gauthier, 40, Litchfield, charged with operating under the influence on May 21, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael J. Gavin, 44, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Nov. 23, 2003, dismissed.

Raymond A. Getchell, 47, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening on June 19, violating condition of release on June 29 and assault and two counts of violating condition of release on July 18, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all but 11 days suspended and one year probation; second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to 120 days with all but 11 days suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Normand G. Girardin, 47, North Augusta, S.C., charged with operating under the influence on July 10, sent to jury trial.

Cherie Givens, 33, Rumford, charged with harassement on June 8, 2003, dismissed.
