SABATTUS – The wedding of Marie Joline Bilodeau and Patrick Daniel Curran was held at 1 p.m. on July 31 at Our Lady of the Rosary Church. The Rev. Gilbert Patenaude officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Curran is the daughter of Robert and Anne Bilodeau of Lewiston. Mr. Curran is the son of Dan and Gail Curran of Sabattus.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a full-length strapless gown of white satin, with A-line skirt. The bodice was accented with a strip of pearls and beads and had a four-foot train. She carried a bouquet of white and lavender roses, white lilies and day lilies, accented with baby’s breath.

Stacey A. Curran, sister of the bride, attended as matron of honor and Heather White, friend, was bridesmaid.

Serving as best man for his brother was Tim Curran and ushers were Robert L. Bilodeau, brother of the bride, and Cory Golod.

A reception followed at the Elks Lodge in Lewiston, after which the couple traveled to Bermuda on a cruise.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Lewiston High School and is employed at Westside Neuro Rehab.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Oak Hill High School in Wales and a 2000 graduate of Northern Maine Technical College in Presque Isle with an associate degree in diesel technology. He is employed at Ryder.
