LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

James M. Eaton, 25, Wiscasset, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on June 23, transferred to Superior Court.

Eric L. Edwards, 22, Lewiston, charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on June 21, found guilty, fined $50.

Johanna L. Edwards, 23, Norway, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on July 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Eline D. Elie, 44, Lewiston, charged with permitting unlawful use of a vehicle on May 17, dismissed.

Paul L. Elliott, 25, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 26, found guilty, fined $100.

John Alec Esty Jr., 22, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and refusing to give personal information to an officer on June 3, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all suspended and sentenced to two days with all suspended on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Brian D. Everett, 41, Mechanic Falls, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on July 29, filed with no cost.

Timothy J. Evrard, 24, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 25, both charges dismissed.

Margaret E. Farnum, 20, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Sept. 25, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days for each charge.

Lena M. Farrin, 33, Livermore, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on Nov. 27, 2003, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Lorraine R. Farris, 20, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 15 days and probation partially revoked.

Angela J. Fecteau, 30, Lewiston, charged with theft of services on April 29, found guilty, fiend $100 and $16 restitution.

Maurice Field, 30, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on July 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Amy L. Filion, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 6, found guilty, fined $200 with $100 suspended.

John Fisher, 39, Sabattus, charged with operating after suspension on June 11, found guilty, fined $200.

Richard Fitzpatrick, 39, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 22, sent to jury trial.

Shawn M. Fitzsimmons, 24, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 21, dismissed.

Robert Flewelling, 21, Lewiston, charged with assault, terrorizing, cultivating marijuana and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 24, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 120 days with all but five days suspended and one year probation on second charge; sentenced to 120 days with all but five days suspended on third charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Mark S. Foldy Jr., 43, Burnt Hill, N.Y., charged with operating under the influence on June 11, sent to jury trial.

Reginald Joseph Forbey, 48, Lewiston, charged with carrying a concealed weapon on April 3, 2003, found guilty, fined $10 with all suspended and sentenced to 24 hours.

Russell Frechette, 23, Lewiston, charged with assault and terrorizing on Aug. 17, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Charles P. Freeman, 21, Lisbon Falls, charged with disorderly conduct on July 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Zoe Fritze, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault and reckless conduct on May 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Brock Gagnon, 25, Auburn, charged with assault on Aug. 2, and violating condition of release on Aug. 4 and Sept. 5, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 364 days with all but four days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to two days on second and third charges.

Jeremy D. Gagnon, 31, Poland, charged with operating under the influence and attaching false plates on July 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Ralph K. Gaston, 42, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on July 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin T. Gates, 20, Litchfield, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor on July 16, fined $200 and license suspended by default.

Linda S. Gauthier, 40, Litchfield, charged with operating under the influence on May 21, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael J. Gavin, 44, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Nov. 23, 2003, dismissed.

Raymond A. Getchell, 47, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening on June 19, violating condition of release on June 29 and assault and two counts of violating condition of release on July 18, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all but 11 days suspended and one year probation; second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to 120 days with all but 11 days suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Normand G. Girardin, 47, North Augusta, S.C., charged with operating under the influence on July 10, sent to jury trial.

Cherie Givens, 33, Rumford, charged with harassement on June 8, 2003, dismissed.
