LEWISTON – Carole A. (Melling) Robichaud, 64, of New Gloucester, passed away on Friday, Nov. 5, at Central Maine Medical Center after a long illness.

She was born in Lawrence, Mass., Nov 10, 1939, to Alfred and Helen Melling. She had resided in New Gloucester since 1994.

Ms. Robichaud suffered from multiple medical problems, including lung disease and most recently she fought a battle with breast cancer.

Ms. Robichaud is survived and missed by her mother, Helen Melling (Baker), of Salem, N.H.; her brother, David Melling, of Lawrence, Mass.; her children, Glenn Robichaud, of Saco, Lynne Bates (Robichaud), of Eastham, Mass., Wayne Robichaud, of New Gloucester and Kim Donahue (Robichaud), of Atkinson, N.H.; grandchildren, Christopher Prestosz, of Plaistow, N.H., April Robichaud, of Lewiston, Daniel Robichaud, of Auburn and Jennifer, Travis and Justin Robichaud, of New Gloucester; and great-grandson, Ryan Robichaud, of Lewiston. Arrangements were kept private to family members.
