STRONG – Karla Dalessandro was recently named Employee of the Month at Strong Nursing Home.

Dalessandro is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has worked at the facility for a year. She is a wonderful addition to the staff and has a bubbly cheerful attitude. She is a team player and goes out of her way to be helpful to everyone. Residents love her because she treats them like family.

Dalessandro lives in Avon with her two children, Ashley and Brandon. She is an active and involved mother, busy with school activities.
