LIVERMORE FALLS – The wedding of Kathleen Gene Brown and Shawn Ray Berry was held at 2 p.m. on June 5 at the Livermore Falls Nazarene Church. Pastor Charles Hargenberger officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Berry is the daughter of Norman and Carol Brown of Livermore Falls. Mr. Berry is the son of Joe Berry of Strong and Glenda Berry of Lewiston.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor-length flowing gown with Empire waistline, long lace sleeves, beaded bodice and sleeves and she carried a bouquet of four purple roses with baby’s breath tied with white ribbon.

Melissa Brown was honor attendant for her sister and Brianna Berry, daughter of the bridegroom, was flower girl.

Shane Judd, cousin of the bride, performed the duties of best man and ushers were Tammy Judd, cousin of the bride, and Matt LeClerc, fiancé of the bride’s sister. Trevor Judd, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the AMVETS Hall in Jay, after which the couple traveled to New Hampshire and Vermont. They are residing in Livermore Falls.

The bride is a graduate of Livermore Falls High School and is employed as a day instructor at the Oxford Association for Retarded Citizens.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Mt. Abram High School and is a laborer for the Laborer’s Union.
