Samuel James Hill, 26, Monmouth, charged with operating after suspension on June 29, sent to jury trial.

Kelly A. Hinkley, 41, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 12, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Leein A. Hinkley, 24, Sabattus, charged with operating after suspension and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on May 12, both charges dismissed; and charged with theft by unauthorized use of property, criminal threatening, escape, and three counts of assault on June 12, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third, fourth, fifth and sixth charges, sentenced to 364 days with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation for each charge; and charged with two counts of assault on July 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Jesse J. Hiscock, 22, Livermore Falls, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on July 6, offense committed, fined $50.

Jason Holmes, 28, Sabattus, charged with reckless conduct on July 24 and assault on July 25, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days; second charge dismissed.

Misty Dawn Holmes, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 24, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Brianne M. Hopkins, 24, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating under the influence on July 4, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Travis M. Hotham, 20, New Gloucester, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 4, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Craig Hough, 35, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 14, found guilty, fined $200.

Joseph S. Houston, 43, Topsham, charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on July 10, found guilty, fined $300.

Stephen A. Hunter, 45, Auburn, charged with aggravated assault on Aug. 28, transferred to Superior Court.

Fatuma M. Hussein, 25, Old Orchard Beach, charged with operating after suspension on April 3, sent to jury trial.

Sean M. Hutchins, 18, Mechanic Falls, charged with theft by receiving stolen property on Aug. 12 and possession of marijuana on Aug. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Anthony S. Hyrkas, 35, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 5, 2003, found guilty, fined $50.

Punk Icee, 46, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on Sept. 8, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Janet Sue Irwin, 56, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 26, transferred to Superior Court.

Justin Jackson, 19, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on July 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Norman R. Jacques, 61, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on Oct. 8, 1994 and Nov. 13, 1994 and harassment by telephone on Oct. 21, 1994 all charges dismissed.

Jama A. Jama, 31, Lewiston, charged with criminal speeding and failing to stop for an officer on May 29, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Sonya M. Jennings, 21, Lewiston, charged with theft by deception on Aug. 7, transferred to Superior Court.

Maurice Jennison, 38, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 15 and assault on July 27, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Hector F. Jimenez, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on May 18, found guilty, fined $200.

Wendell C. Jipson, 34, Mechanic Falls, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 3, adjudicated, fined $200.

Joe Bessey Inc., Charlotte, N.C., charged with an operation without duty record rule violation on July 26, found guilty, fined $500.

Kathryn M. Johnson, charged with refusing to provide a name and address on Nov. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Ralph B. Jones, 60, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on June 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and license suspended for 30 days.

Edward Keithan, 39, Minot, charged with possession of marijuana on July 31, adjudicated, fined $200.

Benjamin Keyton, 24, Phippsburg, charged with operating after suspension and operating under the influence on Sept. 20, 2003, and violating condition of release on Sept. 10, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to seven days, probation partially revoked and continued on second charge; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to two days.

William J. Kingsbury, 58, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on July 17, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

William R. Kinney, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on May 26, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Michael Kinsman, 22, Yarmouth, charged with criminal trespass, refusing to provide a name and address, displaying a false license or ID and possession of a mutilated or fictitious license on June 2, first three charges filed, fined $200 on second charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Alan Scott Knight, 41, Sabattus, charged with criminal mischief on April 3 and operating under the influence on May 28 and June 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days on second charge; fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days on third charge.

Paul Lauze, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license, attaching false plates, and possession of marijuana on July 4, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Paul Kevin Lawlor, 25, Auburn, charged with assault and reckless violation of a protective order on July 16 and assault and violation of condition of release on July 17, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Raymond D. Leavitt, 42, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence on June 18, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jonathan Normand Lebrun, 20, Augusta, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 21, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Michael S. Leeman, 22, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 28, 2003, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days and probation partially revoked.

Theresa M. Leighton, 31, Dixfield, charged with disorderly conduct on May 30, found guilty, fined $75.

David M. Leonard, 34, Mechanic Falls, charged with misuse of identification on May 15, found guilty, sentenced to six months with all but two days suspended, six months probation and $560 restitution.

Samantha Leonard, 25, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 7, 2003, hindering apprehension or prosecution on May 17, 2003, criminal trespass on Dec. 12, 2003 and operating after suspension on May 25, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 24 hours; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $300; fourth charge dismissed.

Tony E. Leonard, 35, Lewiston, charged with assault on June 10, dismissed.

Corey Leppala, 19, Turner, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 28, and possession of marijuana on July 12, offense committed on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed; offense committed on third charge, fined $200.

Kenneth Leppala, 43, Turner, charged with assault on June 15, dismissed.

Scott Levesque, 29, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 25, 2002, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Wilfred Levesque, 19, Mechanic Falls, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on July 30, fined $200 by default.

Amanda S. Lewis, 22, Lewiston, charged with conducting a yard sale without a permit on July 10, fined $25 by default.
