FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Jail:

• Sarah Guay, 27, of Livermore Falls on a charge of theft Oct. 20 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

• Joseph D. Belanger, 21, of Livermore Falls on a charge of driving under the influence Oct. 22 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $400 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

• Heidi D. Savoy, 23, of Farmington on a warrant for failure to pay fine Oct. 23 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $190 was applied to fine and she was released.

• Samuel Paling, 21, of Chesterville on a charge of driving after suspension Oct. 25 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Wendy Stebbins, 34, of Dryden on a charge of driving under the influence Oct. 25 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Randy Burnham, 31, of Farmington on a probation revocation Oct. 25 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 1.

• Jessica Edwards, 27, of Block Island, R.I., on a charge of driving under the influence Oct. 27 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $250 was provided for court appearance on Oct. 24.

• Rice Jones, 34, of Livermore Falls on a charge of failure to appear Oct. 28 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $750 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

• Brad Staier, 20, of Strong on a charge of driving after suspension Oct. 29 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• John Badger, 26, of Stratton on a warrant for failure to pay fine Oct. 29 by the Sheriff’s Dept. He was released by the court on Nov. 3.

• Harold Dow, 40, of Kingfield on charges of driving under the influence and driving after suspension Oct. 30 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $4,000 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 26.

• Brian A. Lewis, 45, of Rangeley on a violation of protection from abuse order Oct. 30 by Rangeley Police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 25.

• Angel M. Blanchard, 26, of Freeman on a charge of assault Oct. 30 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $4,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Scott Webber, 43, of New Vineyard on charges of obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct Oct. 31 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $4,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Beau Oliver, 20, of Kingfield on charges of assault and criminal mischief Nov. 1 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $4,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Penny L. Bynam, 49, of Farmington on charges of driving under the influence and driving without a license Nov. 1 by Maine State Police. She was bailed on personal recognizance for court appearance on Jan. 5.

• Peter G. Lawrence, 27, of Stratton on a charge of driving under the influence Nov. 1 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Ashley Wing, 57, of Jay on a probation violation Nov. 2 by Probation and Parole. She was transferred to Oxford County on Nov. 3, according to a jail intake officer.

• Vance Billings, 28, of Dixfield on a warrant for assault on an officer Nov. 2 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Nov. 17, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Timothy L. Hutchinson, 18, of Dryden on a charge of illegal attachment of plates Nov. 3 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Becky White, 25, of Jay on a warrant for failure to appear Nov. 3 by Jay police. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

• Anthony Waas, 22, of Jay on a warrant for failure to appear Nov. 4 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $250 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 24.

• Gerald S. Fletcher, 48, of New Vineyard on charges of grand sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and visual sexual aggession against a child Nov. 5 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $10,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 1.

• Wendell F. Cressey, 42, of Freeport on charge of failure to appear Nov. 5 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 17.

• Alicia Durrell, 21, of Farmington on a charge of driving after suspension Nov. 6 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Brian J. Caggiano, 22, of Veazie, on charges of criminal speed, eluding an officer and driving to endanger Nov. 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $250 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 26.

• Bruce A. Short, II, 24, of Vienna on a charge of driving after suspension Nov. 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Patrick W. O’Donal, 24, of Chesterville on a charge of driving under the influence Nov. 11 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Sara Couturier, 27, of Farmington on a charge of theft Nov. 11 by Farmington Police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Susan Lovejoy, 36, of Dryden on a charge of failure to pay fine/fee Nov. 11 by Wilton police. She was released to Androscoggin County on Nov. 12.

• Michael Brown, 26, of Waterville on a probation hold Nov. 11 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Nov. 17, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Sheri McPherson, 34, of Chesterville on a warrant for failure to pay fine Nov. 11 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Fines were paid and she was released.

• Matthew Lewis, 18, of Farmington on a charge of domestic assault Nov. 12 by Farmington police. Bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Walter Boney, 54, of Venter, N.J., on a charge of driving under the influence Nov. 13 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Gilbert Barnett, 36, of Dixfield on a charge of driving under the influence/driving after suspension Nov. 13 by Maine State police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 26.

• Timothy C. Whittier, 23, of New Sharon on a charge of driving under the influence Nov. 14 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.

• Jason Oliver, 29, of North Monmouth on a charge of driving under the influence Nov. 14 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 29.
