Robert K. Belanger, 46, Hampton, N.H., charged with cruelty to animals on Sept. 3, fined $250 by default.

Michael W. Bowes, 50, Dixfield, charged with cultivating marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 with all but $200 suspended on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Chad C. Broughton, 20, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 25, filed with no cost.

Lori A. Chartier, 49, Dixfield, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 20, adjudicated, fined $100.

Keith Conant, 26, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 28, fined $250 by default.

John Donahue, 46, Peru, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Ronald W. Edwards, 28, Mexico, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 10, found guilty, fined $50.

Julie Evans, 47, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 15, filed with no cost.

Brian Gallant, 31, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence, driving to endanger and possession of marijuana on Sept. 4, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250 and license suspended for 30 days; third charge dismissed.

Gregory J. Gallant, 19, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 25, filed with no cost.

Jason A. Heath, 19, Bethel, charged with keeping an unlicensed dog, violating chapter 721 title 7, and allowing a dog to be at large on June 12, first and second charges adjudicated, fined $50 for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Natalie Marie Keefe, 18, Marlboro, Mass., charged with operating without a license on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $125.

Brandon Kimble, 18, Sanbornville, N.H., charged with operating without a license on July 30 and theft of services and violating condition of release on Aug. 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second and third charges dismissed.

Nancy J. Laughton, 47, Norway, charged with assault on Aug. 11, sent to jury trial.

Dustin D. Lefebvre, 18, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $250 and $375 restitution.

Matthew John Macalister, 42, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 3, adjudicated, fined $200.

Jesse R. Farrington, 20, South Paris, charged with assault and theft by unauthorized use of property on May 20, 2003, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to 164 days and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Brice C. Gammon, 24, Andover, charged with theft by receiving stolen property on May 26, found guilty, fined $250 and $250 restitution.

Charles A. Gaura Jr., 20, Leeds, charged with assault on May 20, 2003, probation violation, sentenced to 90 days and probation revoked.

Glen Eric Lane, 19, Mexico, charged with operating after suspension on May 21, found guilty, fined $200.

Keith M. Levasseur, 22, Greene, charged with operating under the influence, driving to endanger, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana on May 12, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200 and license suspended for 30 days; third charge dismissed; fourth charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Alan J. Lewis, 30, Livermore Falls, charged with obstructing the report of a crime, two counts of assault, and two counts of terrorizing on June 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days and one year probation; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 120 days and one year probation; fifth charge dismissed.

Richard Marquis, 61, Errol, N.H., charged with operating under the influence on May 13, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Joyce A. Marshall, 41, Greenwood, charged with operating under the influence on April 2, 2002, probation violation, sentenced to four months and probation partially revoked.

Ricky Marston Jr., 28, Peru, charged with operating after suspension on May 16, found guilty, fined $300.

Meyric E. Matthews, 41, Cushing, charged with operating under the influence and reckless conduct on July 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Brian T. McGrath, 23, Philadelphia, Penn., charged with operating under the influence on July 16, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Jody G. Moczara, 23, Canton, charged with operating an ATV to endanger and failing to notify owner of property damage on June 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $150 and $500 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Jessica L. Nichols, 23, Rumford, charged with assault on Dec. 30 and criminal restraint and assault on Jan. 23, all charges filed with no cost.

Scot Oldham, 23, Livermore, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 15, dismissed.

Stuart N. Page, 41, Mechanic Falls, charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 2, waived, fined $200.

Brendon L. Rackliff, 24, Dixfield, charged with assault on May 23, dismissed.

Shane A. Reid, 23, Dixfield, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 15, dismissed.

Edward B. Savage, 59, Newport, Vt., charged with possession of more than 13 days of duty status records on Sept. 16, waived, fined $100.

Rebecca Lynn Simard, 32, Rumford, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and failing to make an oral or written accident report on Jan. 13, both charges dismissed.

Nathan D. Swan, 19, Canton, charged with operating under the influence and transportation of liquor by a minor on June 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.



Tammy L. Thibodeau, 32, Auburn, charged with violating a protective order on July 7, charge filed with no cost.

Christopher Touchette, 20, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence on May 28, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Susan Tremblay, 37, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on May 23, fined $125 on first charge by default; fined $250 on second charge by default.

Michael Scott Williams, 38, Mexico, charged with assault on Dec. 19, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and to one year probation.

Brandon L. Windover, 30, Mexico, charged with criminal trespass on Oct. 30, 2003, and criminal trespass and violating condition of release on Aug. 28, first and second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

Jessica Roberta Wing, 22, Dixfield, charged with operating after suspension on May 12, dismissed.
