AUBURN – Henry A. Reidman, 87, a resident of 76 Newbury St., died unexpectedly Sunday, Nov. 28, at his residence.

He was born in Auburn, April 13, 1917, the son of Anthony and Barbara Reidman.

He attended Auburn schools and was a 1935 graduate of Edward Little High School. He was an Army Air Corps veteran serving during World War II as a staff sergeant. Following the war he was employed as stock room manager at the former Ward Brothers in Lewiston for 20 years and was also a buyer for Pioneer Plastics maintenance department until his retirement.

Survivors include one sister, Joanna Reidman of Auburn; niece, Nancy Gagnon of Winslow; 3 nephews, Robert Reidman of Gloucester, Mass., Edward Reidman of Westbrook; and Patrick Reidman of Raymond; two great nephews, Ernest and Robert Gagnon both of Manchester, N.H.
