LISBON FALLS – The Lisbon Historical Society met on Nov. 10 and elected officers. The following were re-elected to office: Norman Fournier, president; Dorothy J. Smith, secretary-curator; Wilford Barr, treasurer. Alfred L. Smith was elected vice president to replace outgoing the vice president, Toby Conroy.

The society will hold its annual Christmas potluck supper and Yankee swap at the MTM Center on Wednesday, Dec. 8. There will be a 6:30 p.m. social time, 7 p.m. supper and Yankee swap. Contact Dorothy Smith at 353-8510 by Monday, Dec. 6, to register and to state food item of choice to be donated toward the supper.

The society mailing address is Lisbon Historical Society Archive-Museum, P.O. Box 246, Lisbon Falls, ME 04252. The MTM Center is located at 18 School St., Rooms 5 and 6; use back entry. Archive hours are 1 to 4 p.m. and admission is free. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month; the public is welcome.
