MECHANIC FALLS – John and Rhonda Poisson are proud to announce the engagement of their son, Travis Poisson of Mechanic Falls, to Nichole Hakala of Mechanic Falls, daughter of James Hakala of South Paris and the late Arlene Hakala and stepdaughter of Paula Hakala of South Paris.
Mr. Poisson is a 1997 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently employed as a baker.
Ms. Hakala is a 1997 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is currently employed at the Hartford Agency as the sales coordinator for the Evergreen Risk Retention Group.
The wedding is scheduled for Oct. 9 at the Bethel Inn and Country Club in Bethel.
