HEBRON – Hebron Community Baptist Church members have found the holiday spirit this year as they prepare to help the community celebrate Christmas.
A Children’s Christmas Fair will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, giving children the opportunity to buy gifts for people on their Christmas list.
Most gifts will be wrapped and ready to put under the tree. Gifts may be purchased from a craft table, a display of new items or the slightly used items on the white elephant table. There will be some special activities.
All items are priced to sell at $1 or less and the recommended age for participating is from 5 to 12 years old. While the children are doing their shopping, parents can select items from a pie and fudge sale. All food items are baked at home and will include such favorites as apple, chocolate pecan, pumpkin, custard, and maple pecan pie.
